Why am I getting this WSDL SOAP error with authorize.net?

I have my script email me when there is a problem creating a recurring transaction with authorize.net. I received the following at 5:23AM Pacific time: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'https://api.authorize.net/soap/v1/service.asmx?wsdl' : failed to load external entity "https://api.authorize.net/soap/v1/service.asmx?wsdl" And of course, when I did exactly the same thing that the user did, it worked fine for me. Does this mean authorize.net's API is down? Their knowledge base simply sucks and provides no information whatsoever about this problem. I've contacted the company, but I'm not holding my breath for a response. Google reveals nothing. Looking through their code, nothing stands out. Maybe an authentication error? Has anyone seen an error like this before? What causes this?

Adobe Flex, loading a remote swf

I have a flex app running on my server. I have had a request from some clients to have the swf loaded on their server, so that their customers dont have to be transferred to my server to login; i.e. from the user's point of view it looks like they are logging in from theirsite.com instead of mysite.com I tried something really simple, and that was to give them a html wrapper to host on their site. The only modification that I made was to change the "src" var to: "src", "https://www.mysite.com/app/myapp.swf" and embed src="https://www.mysite.com/app/myapp.swf" To my surprise, this worked perfectly. And best of all, the service calls still seem to come from mysite.com, so I dont have to bother with modifying the crossdomain.xml file. All good it seems. Are there any issues or downsides to the above that I should be aware of?

Has anybody some information about accessing Lotus Domino server to fetch entire mail contents by http(s) requests from php linux server? The article by Andrei Kouvchinnikov describes well how to fetch message list in notes mail folders; after obtaining session id during login one can for example select top 100 messages by calling: https://your.server.domain/mail_db/mailbox.nsf/($Inbox)?ReadViewEntries&Start=1&Count=100 And this works perfectly. The problem arises when I am trying to get message contents (0A1DA5EEB7B65277C12576F50055D811 is an example message unique Id): https://your.server.domain/mail_db/mailbox.nsf/($Inbox)/0A1DA5EEB7B65277C12576F50055D811/?OpenDocument Such request in IE shows frameset with data hard to parse, in less common browsers like Opera it informs about unsupported browser. Ideally if it is possible to fetch notes message contents and all attachments by requesting it in the url, has anybody some information what request would it be? Link to Lotus web calls reference would be even more beneficial.

how to run phantomjs on heroku?

I am trying to run phantomjs on the heroku cedar stack. I am using a phantomjs buildpack for heroku https://github.com/stomita/heroku-buildpack-phantomjs. However I followed the instructions but still cannot make it work. When I run the command heroku run bash and type phantomjs --version it says phantomjs: command not found I read things about LD_LIBRARY_PATH that needs to be set to "/usr/local/lib:/usr/lib:/lib:/app/vendor/phantomjs/lib", this is what i did but without success. Is there something that i am missing ? Where does the buildpack install the phantomjs binary exactly ? Is there a way to know the path where the binary is ? I am using ruby 1.9.2 Thanks a lot for your help. EDIT: To be more precise, i want to combine ruby and phantomjs, so i am using this custom buildpack: https://github.com/ddollar/heroku-buildpack-multi, but when i push to heroku i get "Heroku push rejected, failed to compile Multipack app"

I have a remote service that I need to access, according to the documentation it's restricted using basic authentication and all requests have to be posted (HTTP POST). I am using this PHP OpenID library. I have some code running, and I am getting a unique OpenID back. From myopenid.com, I am getting an id that looks like https://mecablaze.myopenid.com/ But from Yahoo and Google, I am getting an ID that much more cryptic, e.g. https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id?id=AItOawlbp1cxujdJWDnpx72xVROOw-5V_WzIDZA Are Google's and Yahoo's "gibberish" ids unique for every login user, i.e. is this the value that I use to tie in with existing user on my web app?

Array merging/manipulation with Velocity

Hello, I have an array set inside a velocity template that contains some paths. The idea is to put a few "default" .js/.css files that 90% of the pages will use in this array. However, the other pages will still have to be able to add/delete values from this array, in case there are no linked files at all, or I need to add some. How do I verify the URL that ActiveResource intends to use on a call?

Hi there, I'm trying to request data from another Rails app, but I keep getting a "URL not found" error. Is it possible to use the debugger to figure out the intended URL and parameters for an intended ActiveResource call? For example, I'd like to make a GET request with the following parameters: https://some_server.com/employees/search.xml?last_name=smith And I have the following ActiveResource model class Employee < ActiveResource::Base self.site = "https://.some_server.com" end And the some_server.com app has a search action that maps this way: map.connect "/employees/search.:format", :controller => 'employees', :action => 'search' But when I try this: Employee.new(:last_name => 'smith).get(:search) I get a 404 "Service not found" error. To me, that sounds like the URL that ACtiveResource is requesting is incorrect, 'cause when I make the above request via a browser, I get the xml. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Cheerio, Berns

Spring - Redirect after POST (even with validation errors)

I'm trying to figure out how to "preserve" the BindingResult so it can be used in a subsequent GET via the Spring <form:errors> tag. The reason I want to do this is because of Google App Engine's SSL limitations. I have a form which is displayed via HTTP and the post is to an HTTPS URL. If I only forward rather than redirect then the user would see the https://whatever.appspot.com/my/form URL. I'm trying to avoid this. Any ideas how to approach this? iframe form not submitting in IE7

For some reason I can submit the form data on this Review and Submit page here in Chrome and FF but not IE7: https://checkout.netsuite.com/s.nl?c=659197&n=1&sc=4&category=confirm Email:[email protected] Pass:test03 Click on "here" where it says "Your Third Party Shipper Numbers (To enter one, click here.)" I removed my javascript that automatically refreshes the page to make sure that wasn't refreshing before anything was submitted somehow. Could the difference in IE7 have to do with the fact that the domain of the form (forms.netsuite.com) is different than the domain of the parent page(checkout.netsuite.com) and it's being submitted over HTTPS?

Hi, I'm trying to rewrite the url: https://mydomain/phone-append to https://mydomain/Service/PhoneAppend using the following rule: <rewrite> <rules> <rule name="Phone Append"> <match url="phone-append" /> <action type="Rewrite" url="/Services/Index" appendQueryString="true" /> </rule> </rules> </rewrite> The rule works fine if the rewrite url is /Services but when I change it to /Services/PhoneAppend I get a page not found error. Unit of measurement API in Java?

JSR-275 has been rejected, the Units of Measurement API for Java project is a set of interfaces, but haven't found an open source implementation. On this post: Which jsr-275 units implementation should be used? the project owner mentions the implementation was going to be ready by the end of last year on JScience, but didn't find anything there to convert between weight or length units and when I looked for JScience on https://maven.java.net/, I found it, but the JAR wasn't even in the directory https://maven.java.net/content/repositories/snapshots/org/jscience/jscience/5.0-SNAPSHOT/, so I had to get it from somewhere else. Has this project been left behind? And is there currently an implementation for conversion of Units of measurement in Java and even perhaps a Maven repo?

Git subtree workflow

In my current project I'm using an open source forum (https://github.com/vanillaforums/Garden.git). I was planning on doing something like this : git remote add vanilla_remote https://github.com/vanillaforums/Garden.git git checkout -b vanilla vanilla_remote/master git checkout master git read-tree --prefix=vanilla -u vanilla This way I can make change into the vanilla folder (like changing config) and commit it to my master branch and I can also switch into my vanilla branch to fetch updates. My problem is when I try to merge the branch together git checkout vanilla git pull git checkout master git merge --squash -s subtree --no-commit vanilla The problem is that the "update commit" goes on top of my commits and "overwrite" my change. I would rather like to have my commits replay on top of the update. Is there a simple way to do that? I'm not very good in git so maybe this is the wrong approach. Also, I really don't want to mix my history with the vanilla history.

If i have a web application and i receive credit card data transmitted via a POST request by a web browser over HTTPS and instantly open a socket (SSL) to a remote PCI compilant card processor to forward the data and wait for a response, am i allowed to do that? or is this receiving the data with my application and forwarding it already subject of "processing credit card data"? if i create an iframe that is displayed in a client browser to enter cc data and this iframe posts the data via HTTPS to remote card processor (directly!) is this already a case of processing credit card data? even if my application code 'doesnt touch' the entered data with any event handlers? i'm interested in the definition "credit card data processing". when does it start to be a cc data processing application? can somebody maybe point me to that section in PCI-DSS standard that clearly defines when you start to 'be a processing application'? I'm attempting to use fabric for the first time and I really like it so far, but at a certain point in my deployment script I want to clone a mercurial repository. When I get to that point I get an error: err: abort: http authorization required My repository requires http authorization and fabric doesn't prompt me for the user and password. I can get around this by changing my repository address from: https://hostname/repository to: https://user:password@hostname/repository But for various reasons I would prefer not to go this route. Are there any other ways in which I could bypass this problem?

I have used https://graph.facebook.com/oauth/access_token?client_id=YOUR_APP_ID&client_secret=YOUR_APP_SECRET&grant_type=client_credentials and get the access token which is something like this access_token=454345994651138|bAMGfuW-ueNXGCahley7ga125HN and then https://graph.facebook.com/100005939123542/feed?access_token=454345994651138|bAMGfuW-ueNXGCahley7ga125HN It gives me general information such as user's likes, name, id, current city... but NOT user's wall posts. I've learned that there are three types of access token, which is App Token, User Token, and Page Token. In order to get user/feed by using graphAPI, I need to request to get User Token, but there's NO information in the lousy Facebook Doc! (Which frustrated me the most!) In order to generate the user access token, we need to set some permission, generate the access token, and GET the user's wall feed, which is in JSON format. My question is : How do I get the User Access Token in order to get user wall post in iOS Xcode?

I followed these instructions: http://www.visualwin.com/SelfSSL/ When I type https://localhost/ than it works, but when I try to access it remotely (i set up my router to port forward to localhost), for example https://myip the page does not load. Also, I noticed one other thing. When I access localhost locally then I am asked to enter user/pass, but if I access remotely the I get the following warning: Under Construction The site you were trying to reach does not currently have a default page. Hi, I have setup for Android development with 1.5 SDK on Mac O.S X - Eclipse 3.5. I want to upgrade the SDK, so as i followed to choose Window-Android SDK and AVD Manager from Eclipse. But it throws error as follows: XML verification failed for https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository.xml. Error: cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'sdk:sdk- repository'. Failed to fetch URL I tried "http" instead of https, but still getting the same error. I don't know why such crap error comes. If i see Android website, http://developer.android.com/intl/zh-CN/sdk/index.html its confusing. Could someone guide me easily to update Android SDK to 2.x or later without uninstalling my current setup environment. Thanks. I appreciate your kind suggestions.
