Hi,
Is there a way to change the style of Flex Chart according to the values.
For example, in column chart, set green for positive value and red for negative value?
In Visual Studio 2008 I see hundreds of errors within my web app. If I open the offending page(s) within VS, I'll see dozens of items underlined in red - then the errors resolve themselves.
Any idea why this happens and how to resolve it?
as follow codes:
<div id="outerBox" style="border:1px solid red;width:300;height:300" onmouseout="alert('out')">
<div id="innerBox" style="border:1px solid blue;width:50;height:50">inner</div>
</div>
why when i move mouse on the "innerBox", it was trigger alert('out') ?
i want mouse out "outerBox" trigger alert('out') only, mouse on "innerBox" don't trigger alert.
hot to do this?
thanks all :)
In one of my project with some existing code, some code is covered by _test.rb file, other is by _spec.rb and we introduced .feature
It became a nice mixture of stuff to check.
I am stumped how to run .feature, _spec.rb and _test.rb for red-green cycles.
I'm very new to Excel and VBA and was wondering if there is a way I could make conditional formatting based on values in a drop down list.
I currently have a warning if the user enters something that is not valid (data validation), but I want to change the cell's background color to red if invalid, or green if valid.
Again the options I want to test against are in a Listbox.
Here's the easy pseudo-code:
void TextBox1Changed()
{
//If the text isn't a number, color it red
if (!IsValidNumber(TextBox1.Text)
TextBox1.Color = Pink;
else
TextBox1.Color = WindowColor;
}
What's the MVC enterprisey version?
I am displaying student attendance in Gridview from sql server. i choose apsent as A, present as P and leave as L. Now i would like to display A in red color, P in green in Gridview. How is it. please help me
I need to prevent the screen saver from running while my application is running.
I know how to do this on the Windows versions, with SendInput calls, but I need to do something similar for Linux ports.
It looks complicated, because ideally, I'd like something that would work on multiple Linux distros (SuSe, Red Hat, Ubunutu...) and it looks like there are at least 3 different screen-saver frameworks: xscreensaver, gnome-screensaver, and something else in KDE.
I created a .bat file with the below lines
cd C:\MyFolder
d:
findstr "Apple" C:\log.txt |findstr "red" > red_apples.txt
SLEEP 3600
GOTO START
When the bat is executed, the SLEEP is not working and the commands are running continously.
Is there anything wrong with the code? Please help !
I have a QPushButton and on that I have a text and and icon. I want to make the text on the button to be bold and red. Looked at other forums, googled and lost my hope. Seems there is no way to do that if the button has an icon (of course if you don't creat a new icon wich is text+former icon). Is that the only way? Anyone has a better idea?
Is it just me, or does VS 2008 not allow setting a breakpoint just on the setter of an auto-property?
It looks something like this:
public int CurrentFramesize
{
get;
protected set;
}
and if I try to set a breakpoint on the setter line, the whole auto-property turns breakpoint-red.
MSDN states the following SortedSet(T).Add Method :
If Count is less than the capacity of the internal array, this method is an O(1) operation.
Could someone please explain "how so"? I mean when adding new value we need to find a correct place to add a value (comparing it with another values) and internal implementation looks like a "Red-Black tree" with O (log N) insertion complexity.
I have JPanel wrapped in JScrollPane and I want the rectangle to be drawn always on the same position = moving with scrollbars wont affect the visibility of the rectangle.
I tried following code:
public void paintComponent(Graphics g) {
g.setColor(Color.red);
g.drawRect(50, (int)getVisibleRect().getY(), 20 , 20);
}
but it only repaints the rectangle when size of whole JPanel is changed.
With the following simple mark-up, I get very strange behaviour in FF and IE8. If I give the textbox focus, and tab out, nothing happens. If I give a user name value, and erase it immediately, nothing happens. However, only when I supply a user name, tab away, the erase it and tab away again, do I finally get a red star "required" mark. The summary doesn't show at all.
Hi All,
How do I conditionally add the style 'color:red' to the .CurrentDifference if the value happens to be a negative value?
Thanks,
rod.
<div class="sRow">
<div class="sLabel p40">
Difference:
</div>
<%= (!String.IsNullOrEmpty(Model.Amount)?Model.Amount.CurrentDifference.ToString("c"):string.Empty) %>
</div>
Using series.add(180, 1); produces a perfectly valid chart like this (little red dot at the bottom with some PolarItemRenderer Mods!)
but using series.add(3000/(6000/360), 1); produces this beast:
I assume it's because somewhere, 6000/360 = 16.6... is getting rounded? How can I stop this happening? Thanks :)
I don't suppose anyone knows of a function (PHP, preferably) that can take a hex color code and give an approximate color name for that hex value. I don't need a solution with 100s of colors. Even if it just amounted to the colors white, black, red, green blue, brown orange and yellow, I'd be pretty well in shape.
If you don't know of an existing resource, does anyone know of a good way to approach this problem?
Thanks in advance for the help.
With some HTML like this:
<p>Some Text</p>
Then some CSS like this:
p {
color:black;
}
p:hover {
color:red;
}
How can I allow a long touch on a touch enabled device to replicate hover? I can change markup/use JS etc, but can't think of an easy way to do this.
I am trying to visualize some values on a form. They range from 0 to 200 and I would like the ones around 0 be green and turn bright red as they go to 200.
Basically the function should return color based on the value inputted. Any ideas ?
Hello,
I have just finished my application for iPhone. I would like to know if it is possible to use the word iPhone in the name of the application. For example, can I name my application iPhonesque ?
And for the icon, can I use graphics related to Apple like a Mac Windows (with the three buttons, red, yellow and green) on snow leopard background ?
Thank you very much for your answers.
<IMG height="160" alt="Web Content Image" src="../image/journal/article?img_id=16505&t=1273484793531" width="240" pngSet />
I have the this code for the image , and I want to select the image based on the attribute "pngSet"
I am trying this , but not working.
$("img[pngSet='']").css('border' ,'1px solid red');
In VB.net is there anyway to make a certain part of the string to have a different color to make it stand out?
This doesn't work but if I could something like this
string = ("How".ForeColor(red) & "are".FontColor(green))
Would it be possible to make anything similar to this in a ListBox?
If this is not possible is there a way to have it stand out more?
Hi
this is probably something really simple but I cant see what!

When you use the read more feature in Joomla it draws a red line, on the front end you get the summary and then read more, however when you enter the article I don't want the summary to be present anymore. Is that possible? What would I need to change?
Lately I've been seeing behavior where after an update svn shows certain files as "conflicted" but when I try to edit the conflicts, there are none (The "next conflict" and "previous conflict" buttons are disabled and if I scroll through the file, none of the lines are marked red).
This seems to have started after I started working from a different repository than I had been working with, but I'm not sure if that's related.
