    We need a back out plan for a web app whose first maintenance release is going to production soon. The issue we are facing is even if we back out new EAR and deploy old one , the data which was keyed in using new release would not support old business rules(current), since there is enormous changes in business rules.     I developed UI for iphone apps and now want to use the same UI in Android apps. I read that Android use dip for image resolution and i also read that 1 dip=1.5 pixel.I simply multiply the image size by 1.5px. Now the problem is that the image is blur and not as clear as in iphone apps.So will some body suggest me how should i make a design so that it could be used in iphone and android.

    Hi, I am using jasperreport and trying to pass an alternate report runner. • net.sf.jasperreports.engine.fill.JRThreadSubreportRunner: The initial thread-based implementation • net.sf.jasperreports.engine.fill.JRContinuationSubreportRunner: A Javaflow-based implementation I am using the second one (for the reason, it runs on tomcat server, and creating threads wouldn't be good while writing subreports). The second one depends on commons-javaflow which is a sandbox version. Not sure if I should use it, Could somebody suggest a better way. Thanks

    I see (not just on this site) a lot of question from inexperienced PHP programmers about the infamous "headers already sent... output started at" error, and many people suggest using ouput buffering as a solution. In my experience I have never found a situation where that error wasn't caused by a flow in the program's logic. Are there cases where output buffering is actually the correct solution?

    Here are the problems I am having with the control from the factory: no easy way to get the first visible date (yeah I could use day render, but at that point in the page cycle, I can't do what I need to, which is manipulate a collection in viewstate) changing the visibledate property in my code does not raise the visiblemonthchanged event. That just doesn't make any sense to me. Can someone suggest a free, improved calendar control?
