  On XP (user account) when running this shortcut: <Shortcut Id="UninstallStartMenuShortcut" Advertise="no" Name="AppName" Description="Uninstalls AppName" Target="[SystemFolder]msiexec.exe" Arguments="/x [ProductCode]"/> I'm getting an error "You must be an Administrator to remove this application. To remove this application, you can log on as an administrator, or contact your technical support group for assistance." Why this happens instead of asking for elevation with admin password? How can I avoid this stupid error?

  My C# application throws a System.IO.IOExcepton (The directory name is invalid) for the following code for implementing a filewatcher: public void OnChanged(object source, FileSystemEventArgs e) { DirectoryInfo dList = new DirectoryInfo(e.FullPath); FileInfo[] TxtFiles = dList.GetFiles("*.TXT"); } e.FullPath is "C:/Documents and Settings/Bi/Application Data/TestApp/Reports\\0MA01P62240_000005798_TRI_4947712701738551.TXT". If you notice it seems to append a "\\" to the path when it tracks the file. Any idea what the problem may be? Thanks

  I have a Java-application that loads data from a legacy file format into an SQLite-Database using JDBC. If the database file specified does not exist, it is supposed to create a new one. Currently the schema for the database is hardcoded in the application. I would much rather have it in a separate file as an SQL-Script, but apparently there is now easy way to execute an SQL-Script though JDBC.   I'm getting an error in a JBOSS application: Static Method [addHeader] not found on JavaBean [class com.ppnet.webservice.WebserviceHeaderWriter] I have checked the WebserviceHeaderWriter.jar that gets deployed into JBOSS and checked it in eclipse. It looks as if it should have this method on it. I think that the JBoss application might be loading a different version of the WebserviceHeaderWriter.jar without this method on it, is there a way to check the location of the file that is getting loaded?
