  • Visual C# 2010 Express Full download?

    - by DeanGrobler
I know this isn't (exactly) code related. But I just wanted to find out if someone knows where I can download the full version of Visual C# 2010 Express ? When you go to MS website you can download an exe. That then downloads the rest of the files. I have an offline pc, so I want to download it from a PC that is online, put it on a flash disc, and install it on the offline PC. Anyone that can point me in the right direction?

  • Print/save full webpage as PDF

    - by Oliver
I need a method to be able to print/save the current full webpage as a PDF. I know it can be done if I download a PDF printer and print to that; but I need it to be done without the user having to do anything other than click a button in a webpage. I can't do it via PHP as the page is all client side content, so I'm guessing an ActiveX component? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Many thanks

  • get full path of active window's process (vb.net)

    - by Jonathan
I can get the active window's process, but I have no idea how to get the location of that process, as far as I can see the process object only has ProcessName property which just returns like chrome instead of C:\pathtochrome\chrome.exe How can I get the latter because I'm trying to get the process's File Description attribute, but I need the full path to it.

  • CSS Ease-in-out to full screen

    - by Aditya Singh
    I have a black background div of a size which contains an image. <div id="Banner"> <img onclick="expand();" src="hola.jpg"> </div> #Banner { position:relative; height:50px; width:50px; margin:0 auto; background-color:#000000; -webkit-transition: all 0.5s ease-in-out 0.5s; -moz-transition: all 0.5s ease-in-out 0.5s; -o-transition: all 0.5s ease-in-out 0.5s; transition: all 0.5s ease-in-out 0.5s; } <script type="text/javascript"> function expand(){ document.getElementById('Banner').style['height'] = '250'; document.getElementById('Banner').style['width'] = '250'; } </script> So when the user clicks on the image, the div transitions to 250, 250. My problem is that, i want it to to transition to full screen. The following javascript function does expand to fullscreen but the transition effect doesn't come. I need to do it from a javascript code without jquery. function expand(){ document.getElementById('Banner').style['position'] = 'absolute'; document.getElementById('Banner').style['height'] = '100%'; document.getElementById('Banner').style['width'] = '100%'; document.getElementById('Banner').style['top'] = '0'; document.getElementById('Banner').style['left'] = '0'; } Please advice. Update : Solution Roger below has provided with an alternative solution. This takes care if the document has already been scrolled and is another place. Will expand the div to full browser screen. sz=getSize(); //function returns screen width and height in pixels currentWidth=200; currentHeight=200; scalex=sz.W/currentWidth; scaley=sz.H/currentHeight; transx=0-((expandingDiv.offsetLeft+(currentWidth/2))-(sz.W/2))+document.body.scrollLeft; transy=0-((expandingDiv.offsetTop+(cuttentHeight/2))-(sz.H/2))+document.body.scrollTop; transx = transx.toString(); transy = transy.toString(); document.getElementById("Banner").style['-webkit-transform'] = 'translate('+transx+'px,'+transy+'px) scale('+scalex+','+scaley+')';

  • Create your own language in SQL 2005

    - by nimo
I have developed my own word breaker for SQL 2005 and the Full Text Search feature. I know how to use it by simply hijacking an existing language and add the wordbreaker to the registry for the hijacked language. However I'm not completely satisfied with that solution. I want to create a completely new language is this possible?

  • Full-time programmer or software development consultant?

    - by DV
In your opinion and experience, what's best - working full-time and long-term for one company, or part-time short-term on many smaller projects or parts of projects? What do you think are the pros and cons of both? I heard that being a consultant is more profitable and one would pick up more experience. Does that beat an 8 hours by 5 days (thanks to Jon Limjap for correction :)) job of coding in a cubicle?

  • What version of mongodb was full $text query operator introduced?

    - by Marc Maxson
Stupid question, right? But the official docs for 'text index' say: http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/core/index-text/ Text Indexes New in version 2.4. To perform queries that access the text index, use the $text query operator. Whereas if you click on the help for searching the index you created with the $text operator, it reads: http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/reference/operator/query/text/#op._S_text $text New in version 2.6. Seems to be 2.4 but still having problems wiht it.

  • Can Adobe AIR Desktop application take full screen snapshots (aka Print Screen button)

    - by tzador
I would like to know if its possible to get full screen snapshots from an air application. What i am interested in, is functionality similar to PrintScreen button in windows, which takes snapshots of all screens, including third party application windows, not just window in which air app is running. If its not specific to air, and flash/flex API can provide such functionality, it also would be great. Thanx a lot in advance.
