  • iPhone Javascript execution time

    Hi guys, In the Apple docs it says that JavaScript execution time is limited to 10 seconds for each top-level entry point. If your script executes for more than 10 seconds, Safari on iPhone OS stops executing the script at a random place I plan to have some Javascript run every 10 seconds or so that will do an AJAX query to the server and rewrite just the section of the page necessary. Will this be possible with these restrictions on the device?

    Hi ladies(?) and gents, I am currently evaluating my options for a rewrite of the projects I'm working on and I am a bit miffed by the stringly-typed nature of our app.config files. I'd like to move to a more structured approach, so I have two options: Use custom SectionHandlers in the app.config Scrap app.config and use XAML instead.   • Hotkey for double-click highlight?

    I'm working in Eclipse and find myself always replacing multiple copies of the same word, but I always have to take my hands off the keyboard and screen to get the mouse, hover over the word, double click to select, and then copy or rewrite the word. Is there any way I can just move the cursor inside the word and hit some hotkey that would highlight it? Seems like this would be a big timesaver. Or if there's a way to create a hotkey that would be perfect too.

    I am getting still over and over again this error, the column age has the type integer, I am saving into this column integer-value, I also tried to don't save nothing into this column, but still getting this error... I already have a process set up to make pdf files and email them out and would like to give my customers the option of getting an excel file instead.     I just setup a subdomain with the following RewriteCond: RewriteCond $1 !^search.php$ RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteRule ^/?([^/]+)$ search.php?q=$1 [L,NS] I'm using the same rewrite condition on my main domain and it works perfectly. However, when I set it up on the subdomain, it simply outputs "index.php" when going to http://sub.domain.com Every page on the subdomain outputs the page name in the body instead of processing the code, except for the search page, which appears to be working correctly. What can I do to correct this issue?

Essentially, I want to rewrite this -- www.somegenericdomain.com?site=someotherdomain To this -- www.someotherdomain.com And I need to do this before IIS picks which site the request belongs to, so I need to change the host header prior to this point.
