    [revised] I'm creating a TreePanel in ExtJs that is loading its children from a JSON file. I'm having trouble adding a click action to the nodes. I'm not sure whether it's added in the script creating the tree, or if its added as a property in the JSON, and if so, what the syntax would be. Any help would be appreciated! Please provide an example if possible.

  • Detection screen disconnection in linux

    Hey Guys We have a nasty little problem. In short we can detect if a screen is connect when x11 boots (we do this by looking at the log - Xorg.0.log), but we are having trouble detect when are screen is disconnected while the machine is running (ie post x11 boot) Any one have any ideas? Cheers

  • Easy Slider 1.7 - Show any numerical slide as next

    I am using Easy Slider 1.7 - jQuery plugin and have made many modifications. My slider contains 7 slides, numeric navigation and next and previous arrows. The only problem is the numeric navigation. When you are on slide 1 and click slide 5, for example, all the slides scroll by, one-by-one.   • getJSON triggered from a button inside a form

    Hi, I'm having trouble understanding why I have to place the button triggering the getJSON method outside of the form for the request to work. If the button is placed within the form then the getJSON method returns no results. The code bascially makes a XHR request on clicking the Submit button, based on the value selected.     I'm being an idiot. Someone cut and pasted some text from microsoft word into my lovely html files. I now have these unicode characters instead of regular quote symbols, (i.e. quotes appear as <92 in the text) I want to do a regex replace but I'm having trouble selecting them. :%s/\u92/'/g :%s/\u5C/'/g :%s/\x92/'/g :%s/\x5C/'/g ...all fail. My google-fu has failed me.

    I've been having trouble with the latest netbeans ruby ide. Here is the weird behavior: "|" = my cursor some text |here I try to add a single quote. Expected: some text '|here However I get some text h'|ere It's worse when there is a linebreak: some text here | some other text here turns into some text here '| some other text here Am I hitting some weird behavior of netbeans that can be turned off for this? I mean it is insanely annoying.

Now I'm having trouble finding out how to actually use the darn libraries.   • Permanent file changes on iPhone simulator

    I'm in trouble with paths, relative paths, NSBundle and all the path/file related operations :) While i run the simulator everthing goes right but all the file changes are not permanent, so everytime i run my app i have to repeat the initial setup of my app. The question: What is the proper way to read and write files (from resource dir) and make all the file changes permanent (updated into the project folder) ?   • Can't retrieve an id through swfupload

    I'm having trouble retrieving an echoed ajax response through SWFupload. Upon uploading a file, my account.php?action=uploadphotographs echos the number 37, the text field hidFileId should then be updated with this data.     I want to view events over specific time range for a specific calendar, but am having trouble using the API, It is a generic API, and it reminds me of using the DOM. The problem is that it seems difficult to work with because much of the information is in generic base classes. How do I get the events for a calendar using Groovy or Java?
