  i am working on a android project for my assignment. i am trying to make a scratch image application, you know it's like we scratch the screen to get rid the blocking layer to display the image. but the problem is i don't know where to start. i have searching in stackoverflow's questions that related to this but that's not help. from my search there, i found a clue for this project is using Bitmap.getPixel(int x, int y). so, in my thought i have to get pixel from bitmap and paint it to canvas. but i don't know how to implement it? or anyone has a better method for this? Could anyone please help me? Any tutorials on this kind of thing or related topics? • FFT and IFFT on 3D matrix (Matlab)

  I have a movie with 70 grayscale frames in MATLAB. I have put them in a 3-D matrix, so the dimensions are X, Y and time. I want to determine the frequencies in the time dimension, so I have to calculate the FFT for every point in the 3rd dimension. This is not a problem but I have to return the images to the original form with ifft. In a normal situation this would be true: X = ifft(fft(X)), but this is not the case it seems in MATLAB when you work with multidimensional data. This is the code I use: for i = 1:length y(:, :, i) = [img1{i, level}]; %# take each picture from an cell array and put it end %# and put it in 3D array y2 = ifft(fft(y, NFFT,3), NFFT, 3); %# NFFT = 128, the 3 is the dimension in which i want %# to calculate the FFT and IFFT y is 480x640x70, so there are 70 images of 640x480 pixels. If I use only fft, y2 is 480x640x128 (this is normal because we want 128 points with NFFT). If I use fft and ifft, y2 is 480x640x128 pixels. This is not normal, the 128 should be 70 again. I tried to do it in just one dimension by using 2 for loops and this works fine. The for loops take to much time, though.

My makefile is based off a template that the libtcod designers provided along with the library itself, and while I've looked at a few online makefile tutorials, the code in this makefile is a good bit more complicated than any of the examples the tutorials showed, so I'm assuming I screwed up something basic in the conversion.   I have looked everywhere and surprisingly can't find a good solution to this! I've got the following code that is supposed to read a text file and display it's contents. But it's not reading, for some reason. Am I doing something wrong? FTR, I can't use PHP for this. • Passing list of values to django view via jQuery ajax call

  I'm trying to pass a list of numeric values (ids) from one web page to another with jQuery ajax call. I can't figure out how to pass and read all the values in the list. I can successfully post and read 1 value but not multiple values.   When I run SSIS package from BIDS it runs fine without any error / problem. When I try to call it through a ASP.NET website I get the following error - "String or binary data would be truncated. The statement has been terminated." I checked all the columns / data to see if anything is exceeding the limit, everything is fine. I can run the package through command line using dtexec C:dtexec /f "C:\temp\MyTempPackage.dtsx", it executes without any problem . The problem is when I try to run it through ASP.NET. The following is the code that I am trying to use - //DTS Runtime Application Application app = new Application(); //DTS Package Package package = app.LoadPackage(packagePath, null); //Execute and Get the result DTSExecResult result = package.Execute(); I am making a call to a webservice from asp.net which has the above code. Both the webservice and website have identity impersonation enabled. I have identity enabled in my web.config for this <identity impersonate="true" userName="MyUserName" password="MyPassword"/> This problem is only when I am trying to import a Excel file (.xlsx) when I import a .txt file everything is fine. Excel Import blew up in both 32bit and 64bit enviornments. Help on how to make this to work is greatly appreciated.

The file.createNewFile(); creates the temp.htm file outside the .jar file So when editorPane.setPage(Program.class.getResource("temp.htm")); is called the file is not found as it searches for file inside the test package. How to setPage() the temp.htm file whiich is outside the .jar file but in the same folder as the .jar file? As the temp.htm is a localfile and I want a relative path instead of an absolute path.   I want to start a quite expensive process (jackd) from a Mono application, and do not need full access to the process from the application itself. As the process is so expensive in terms of CPU usage, a Glib.IdleHandler for polling the process will not work, as it is never executed, and the GUI becomes unresponsive. Is there any way to have the cake and eating it at the same time in Mono? EDIT: I only need to be able to start and stop the process from Mono, I do not need information about the state of the process or if it has exited, as my application will register itself as a client to jackd, basically I need a "replacement" for bash's jackd &>/dev/null 2>&1 & for the System.Diagnostics.Process ;). Here is what I have so far for starting and stopping the process: public void StartJackd() { _jackd = new Process (); _jackd.StartInfo = _jackdStartup; if (_jackd.Start ()) { _jackd.EnableRaisingEvents = true; _jackd.Exited += JackdExited; } } public void StopJackd() { if (_jackd != null && !_jackd.HasExited) { _jackd.CloseMainWindow (); } } And somewhere else I have this code for registering the IdleHandler: GLib.Idle.Add(new GLib.IdleHandler(UpdateJackdConnections)); This handler will fire all the time, while the process is not running, but never, when jackd is running.

  I am using wordpress as a CMS and trying to allow user fields to be input to populate the info windows in a Google Map script. I looked at htmlspcialchar and htmlentities but rather than strip everything out I would like to have it escaped so it still works and the html is intact. Any suggestions? I am pretty new to PHP and would really appreciate any pointers.

• nhibernate mapping: delete collection, insert new collection with old IDs

  my issue lokks similar to this one: (link) but i have one-to-many association: <set name="Fields" cascade="all-delete-orphan" lazy="false" inverse="true"> <key column="[TEMPLATE_ID]"></key> <one-to-many class="MyNamespace.Field, MyLibrary"/> </set> (i also tried to use ) this mapping is for Template object. this one and the Field object has their ID generators set to identity. so when i call session.Update for the Template object it works fine, well, almost: if the Field object has an Id number, UPDATE sql request is called, if the Id is 0, the INSERT is performed. But if i delete a Field object from the collection it has no effect for the Database. I found that if i also call session.Delete for this Field object, everything will be ok, but due to client-server architecture i don't know what to delete. so i decided to delete all the collection elements from the DB and call session.Update with a new collection. and i've got an issue: nhibernate performs the UPDATE operation for the Field objects that has non-zero Id, but they are removed from DB! maybe i should use some other Id generator or smth.. what is the best way to make nhibernate perform "delete all"/"insert all" routine for the collection?
