  • MySQL query returns different set of results on two identical databases

    I exported a live MySQL database (running mysql 5.0.45) to a local copy (running mysql 5.1.33) with no errors upon import. There is a view in the database, that when executed locally, returns a different set of data than when executed remotely. It's returning 32 results instead of 63. When I execute the raw sql, the same problem occurs. I've inspected the data in all tables being joined, and the counts are the same. The query is simple and has no where conditions - but about 10 joins. Aside from the differences in mysql versions... I can't find any reason that this query would return different results between databases... since they are effectively exact copies. Has anyone experienced a problem like this before?

I have a ForeignKey relationship between TextPage and Paragraph and my goal is to make front-end TextPage creating/editing form as if it was in ModelAdmin with 'inlines': several field for the TextPage and then a couple of Paragraph instances stacked inline.   • Application with two UITabBarControls

    Hello, I want to create an app, whith the following structure: UITabBarController ..UINavigationController ....UITabBarController So, in other words, I want to load first UITabbarController as my main ViewController, that appears on application start, in its' first tab there's a UINavigationController with a table, which shows another UITabBarController by pressing on a table cell. I started Tab Based application, set first tab to UINavigationController, and its ViewController to my TableViewController. I also created second UITabBarController in Interface Builder. Created a separate class for this controller. Everything works fine at start - my first UITabBarController is shown perfectly, but when I'm trying to push my second UITabBarController, using my UINavigationController, it looks like nothing is loaded from a .xib file - there are just an empty TabBar and NavigationBar pushed. Seems, that something is wrong with an architecture, but I can't figure out the problem. Thanks in advance and I'm sorry for my poor English. Please let me know if something is not clear, I'll try to rephrase it :).

    I have a multiple language website, that uses subdirectories from the root ('/en' for english and '/es' for spanish) for each specific language. Each redirect appends a get variable to the URL, and hides it using a 'P' flag for proxy. My current htaccess file for the spanish subfolder is: Options +FollowSymlinks RewriteEngine on RewriteOptions MaxRedirects=10 RewriteBase / RewriteRule ^(.*)\.html$ $1.php RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.domain.com/$1?l=es [P,R=301,L] The problem is that I also want to append the 'www' to the domain if it was left off. The proxy redirect does not show the 'www.' Is it possible to place a rewriterule before that final one that will append the www, and then still process the final one?

In php i do everything with a for browsing my array of results and inside the for i go to the next index to find where i am in the list, and with wich other article i must swap my order. I can do that in the script displaying the edit page and then in the script executing the update. In rails i have only my form_for in my erb.   • Java Copy/Paste org.w3c.dom.Node between two running copies of the same program

    I have a program that shows a tree representation of an XML file. Using a number of sources online I have Copy/Paste within a single instance of the program working. I am using the system Clipboard. What I need though is to be able to copy a node from one instance of the program and paste to a different instance of the same program. I have tried a number of different options, all resulting in the same behavior. When pasting from within the same application the clipboardContent contains a "transferable" object with the correct data along with an isLocal set to "true". When I perform the copy and then attempt the paste from another instance of the same program running the clipboardContent contains a "flavorsToData" HashMap and "flavors" values, the check for isDataFlavorSupported fails (never hits my custom class that represents the new flavor). I have tried using different values for the requestor object in the getContents() call. Likewise I have tried a few different ClipboardOwners for the setContent() call. Neither seem to change the behavior in any way. I am sorely tempted to convert the node that is being copied back into a textual XML format, and then on the paste convert back to the DOM model, but would rather not if possible.     I have one central SQL Server database which can be offline from time to time. I have a desktop application using Local DB Cache (SQL CE) to synchronize with the central database and I also have a web application with its own SQL Server that I'd also would like to keep synchronized. All synchronizations must be bidirectional. Is there a way to synchronize my central database with web application's database in the same way as I synchronize my central database with desktop client? I know about collaboration scenarios and peer-to-peer synchronization but I would like to avoid manual provisioning of databases. I'd like to use integrated sql server 2008 change tracking just like in the SQL CE <-- SQL Server scenario.

  • ASP.NET Projects with Two Versions of AjaxControlToolkit

    In my Solution I have three projects. Project A is a web app and uses version 1.0.10618.0 of the AjaxControlToolkit. I would love to upgrade it to the latest but unfortunately any newer release completely breaks a portion of my site. Project B is also a web app but is a completely new software product and so it uses (and relies on) the latest version of the AjaxControlToolkit. Everything works great. Thought A and B are totally different products they use the same DB and rely on the same ClassLibrary. Project C is a small web app that ties A and B together with certain functionality like forgot password pages. The pages in this app reside in a virtual directory of both A and B. Project C currently uses v1.0.10618.0 of the toolkit so it works with Project A but it fails with project B because the manifest definitions of the dlls don't match (to be expected). What I've done is built a new dll of the toolkit and changed the assembly and namespace to AjaxControlToolkit_v1 and then changed all v1 references to this new dll so the old version and new versions can sit side by side in the same bin folder and nobody complains. I then changed my web.config controls tag to look like this: <add tagPrefix="ajaxToolkit" namespace="AjaxControlToolkit_v1" assembly="AjaxControlToolkit_v1, Version=1.0.10618.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=28f01b0e84b6d53e"/> This all works except I get a runtime error of: Unknown server tag 'ajaxToolkit:AnimationExtender'. I can't figure out why this is, any ideas on how to remedy it?

    I have a subtitle text file that works with standart srt format 00:00:00,000 Hour, minutes, seconds, milliseconds. I want to create a timer to update the subtitle screen and check the current time to know what subtitle show on screen. Which is the best to use? NSTimeInterval, NSDate? I think the best is to convert all to times to milliseconds number and compare. But NSTimeInterval works with seconds, not milliseconds. Some clue? Marcos
