  • JQuery within a partial view not being called

    I have a view that has some jQuery to load a partial view (via a button click) into a div in the view. This works without a problem. However within the partial view I have a very similar bit of jQuery that will load another partial view into a div in the first partial view, but this isn't working, it almost seems like the jQuery in the first partial view isn't being loaded. I have tried searching for solutions, but I haven't managed to find an answer. I have also re-created the jQuery function in a @Ajax.ActionLink which works fine, however I am trying to avoid the Microsoft helpers as I am trying to learn jQuery.     I am trying to make a service that needs to quickly render simple 3D scenes on the server, and then return them as a JPEG. It should be able to accommodate mass users (client) so that it serve rendered image per client request. User-HTML-Server-(perhaps renderfarm)-Result display. Is current technology able to give a return really quickly like in 5 seconds, after it renders 3D scene like clothes ?? Thanks.

    Simple but little tricky, if I have list.setAdapter(new ArrayAdapter<String>(this,R.layout.double_row, R.id.doubleRow, articleItemsHelper)); it works if articleItemsHelper is String, but I wanna have HTML formatting in there so when articleItemsHelper is type Spanned this (adapter) doesn't work. ArrayList<Spanned> articleItemsHelper = new ArrayList<Spanned>(); What's the solution?

It's because i'd like to manage a website (php & html) with git and i'm looking for an easy way to update the files in the htdocs folder from the repository, without having the repository public. (now it's in the home-dir and is accessed via ssh, but i have to put the new files to htdocs manually.

    I'm using {% url facebook_xd_receiver %} in one of my HTML files. This works just fine when I run my project using the command python manage.py runserver But the same project stops running and gives me a "TemplateSyntaxError" at the line {% url facebook_xd_receiver %} Can anyone please tell me what could be the difference between the dev server run through the command line and the apache server. Is there anything I'm missing out on while configuring the Apache server? Or is it a Django problem?

    Sorry for the dramatic sounding title, just wanted to know if there is a way to prevent all types of PHP commands from executing EXCEPT one. For example, now when I kill a script using die() my pages look half broken because the bottom part of the page's html failed to load since it was being brought in using the include() function. So is there a way to tell PHP "don't allow any more commands to be executed except the include function" ?

    Hey guys, I'm looking for a simple solution to place a draggable element inside of a box container. When the user begins to interact with the draggable, the draggable element should remain constrained to a circular shape, within the container. At a complete loss as to how I should accomplish this.
