  I was using xampp to develop locally and then I installed the PHP from the direct installer. Now in some of my PHP code, only PHP code that starts with "<?php" is correctly parsed. Anything that starts with "<?" or "<?=" is completely ignored and just left as is. How can I adjust the configuration to parse either tokens?

I have some proprietary jars that cannot be uploaded to public repos. Also, can leiningen be used to maintain a "lib" directory for clojure projects? A little bit more details, we develop on local machines, and then we need to transfer the code and database changes to production (pretty much standard story).   I followed the instructions here: https://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/develop/python/tutorials/django-with-visual-studio/ However, whenever I try to open the url to my web app in the cloud I get a 500 error. The tutorial doesn't mention setting up the TEMPLATE_DIRS setting in the django application or doing any work on the cloud service machine to install python/django. Could these be the problem?
