  • Wordpress meta data is written on top of page instead of the loop

    i'm building a wordpress webpage based on the Skeleton Wordpress theme. I have 2 posts showing on a page and each of these posts have custom fields values (meta data). Im using the shortcode from the skeleton theme to get a post-feed from a specific category and in that loop i have inserted this tag that displays the custom fields data <?php the_meta(); ?> I am getting the data - but the problem is, the data is shown on TOP of the page instead of inside the in the post. What could've ive possibly done wrong? or is it something with skeleton i am doing wrong?   • how to make flash page scroll to top?

    I have an AS2 site where all the pages are different lenghts and have navigation at the top and the bottom. When you click on the bottom navigation on one of the longer pages in order to get to another shorter page, you land on the same place where the bottom navigation was on the page before; ie you land at the bottom of the page. How can I get around this so that every time you land on a new page it has scrolled to the top? Thanks!!

  • Button top increase with multiple lines

    Some very very strange behaviour was appearing in my Android application. I was extending Button to replace the standard. In my own button I set: - TextAppearence (text 16px, bold..) - BackgroundDrawable (to an selector that replaced the standard button, that used images of 60px) - Gravity: LEFT|CENTER_VERTICAL. Whenever the text was enough to make the button have 2 text lines, if it had the property Gravity.CENTER_VERTICAL, a top padding would appear! This kept me overflowing and googling for weeks... (set paddingTop, singleLine, and other simple solutions didn't work of course!) Finally got the solution!!! @Override protected boolean setFrame(int l, int t, int r, int b) { int fixedTopSize = 5; return super.setFrame(l,fixedTopSize, r, b-t); } By overriding this method on the extended Button finally i got it to work without the irritating top padding... still i don't understand why this happens. Any ideia?

    I'm creating an online game where people log in and then have the list of current players displayed. When the user enters a "room" it dispatches an SFSEvent which includes a Room object with the list of users as User objects in that room. As that event's callback function, I get the list of current users which is an Array, switch the View Stack child index, and then I wrap the user list array in an ArrayList before I assign it to the MXML Spark List component's dataSource.     Hello, I have a list of dicts and I want to compare each dict in that list with a dict in a resulting list, add it to the result list if it's not there, and if it's there, update a counter associated with that dict. At first I wanted to use the solution described at http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1692388/python-list-of-dict-if-exists-increment-a-dict-value-if-not-append-a-new-dict but I got an error where one dict can not be used as a key to another dict.   • MVC2 Modelbinder for List of derived objects

    I want a list of different (derived) object types working with the Default Modelbinder in Asp.net MVC 2. I have the following ViewModel: public class ItemFormModel { [Required(ErrorMessage = "Required Field")] public string Name { get; set; } public string Description { get; set; } [ScaffoldColumn(true)] //public List<Core.Object> Objects { get; set; } public ArrayList Objects { get; set; } } And the list contains objects of diffent derived types, e.g. public class TextObject : Core.Object { public string Text { get; set; } } public class BoolObject : Core.Object { public bool Value { get; set; } } It doesn't matter if I use the List or the ArrayList implementation, everything get's nicely scaffolded in the form, but the modelbinder doesn't resolve the derived object type properties for me when posting back to the ActionResult. What could be a good solution for the Viewmodel structure to get a list of different object types handled? Having an extra list for every object type (e.g. List, List etc.) seems to be not a good solution for me, since this is a lot of overhead both in building the viewmodel and mapping it back to the domain model. Thinking about the other approach of binding all properties in a custom model binder, how can I make use the data annotations approach here (validating required attributes etc.) without a lot of overhead?

    I'm using the following Javascript code to populate a DIV with an ordered list: // send script back in split list var scriptList = script.split("\n"); var finalScript = "<ol>\n"; var count = 0; while(scriptList.length >= count) { if((scriptList[count]=="") || (scriptList[count] == undefined)) { count ++; continue; } finalScript = finalScript + "<li>" + scriptList[count] + "</li>\n"; count ++; } finalScript = finalScript + "</ol>"; scriptingDiv.innerHTML = finalScript; In firefox, if i look in the DOM using Firebug, this correctly translates to the following and correctly displays an ordered list. <ol> <li>This is the first item in the list</li> <li>This is the second item in the list</li> </ol> In IE, it displays as if the </li> tags are <br /> tags and ignores all the other tags, like this: This is the first item in the list This is the second item in the list Do I need to dynamically add the ordered list to the DOM for this to work? As opposed to just setting the html code in the div using .innerHTML? TIA

  • Have a clickable button on top of a combobox in WPF

    I can get a button to appear and be clickable in the drop down list of a combo box, but I cannot get the selected combo box item (the drop list is closed) to have the button be clickable. It always skips the button click and just opens the drop down list. I basically want the Button_Click event handler that I setup to be called once it is clicked.     In Haskell, there is a function "take n list" which returns the first n elements from a list. For example "sum (take 3 xs)" sums up the first three elements in the list xs. Does F# have an equivalent? I expected it to be one of the List-functions, but I can't spot anything that seems to match.
