• How do I minimize the number of changes between revisions with new doxygen output?

  A subversion repository contains the html, latex and man directories that doxygen generates from the source code. Even for small source code changes, new files are being generated with random names which makes for large changes in the version control system. Is there are way around this? How can I minimize the changesets between revisions while still including doxygen-generated documentation? Alternatively, how could I find which of the doxygen-genrated files are no longer being used and should be removed?

  my apologies in advance for a python and json nubie question. json seems to be hiccuping on the following statements: {"delete":{"status":{"id":12600579001,"user_id":55389449}}} code snippet: temp = json.loads(line) text = temp['text'] I get the following error output when the above code snippet encounters lines similar to the above json 'dictionary': text = temp['text'] KeyError: 'text' Is it because there is no "text" key in the line or because "delete" is not in the dictionary?

  Hi All, I am working on upgrading a web app to asp.net 2 from 1. VS 2008 did its conversion things, and everything is building successfully and has been converted to a web application via the appropriate menu item in VS 2008. On launching the site using the Asp.net development server I am receiving a configuration error on the appsettings line in the machine config of Unrecognized attribute 'restartOnExternalChanges'. The app targets asp.net 2 in the projects properties in VS, and the error page indicates similar : Version Information: Microsoft .NET Framework Version:2.0.50727.3053; ASP.NET Version:2.0.50727.3053 The error message seems to indicate I am trying to run this in an asp.net 1 environment, but surely that isnt the case, and if so how do I rectify this. We want to test this code using the new Microsoft Test Manager (part of VS2010) To effectively track your testing using this tool you need to use build numbers. To get Delphi 5 or 6 building in TFS Build 2010 is a huge task. One that I am not sure I want to take on. Is there a way I can just insert my build numbers in to tfs?

  I have the timezone set. config.time_zone = 'Mountain Time (US & Canada)' Creating a Christmas event from the console... c = Event.new(:title = "Christmas") using Time: c.start = Time.new(2012,12,25) = 2012-12-25 00:00:00 -0700 #has correct offset c.end = Time.new(2012,12,25).end_of_day = 2012-12-25 23:59:59 -0700 #same deal using DateTime: c.start = DateTime.new(2012,12,25) = Tue, 25 Dec 2012 00:00:00 +0000 # no offset c.end = DateTime.new(2012,12,25).end_of_day = Tue, 25 Dec 2012 23:59:59 +0000 # same I've carelessly been using DateTime thinking that input was assumed to be in the config.time_zone but there's no conversion when this gets saved to the db. It's stored just the same as the return values (formatted for the db). Using Time is really no big deal but do I need to manually offset anytime I'm using DateTime and want it to be in the correct zone?

Basically I am given an ArrayList, the array list are actually a list of int or double, or maybe other types ( it can be either, but it is either all int or double, no mix). I could repeat the requisite conversions a dozen times by putting them in each of the callers, but it seems much more efficient to do it once in the called method. public String myMethod(String myArg) { return DoSomething(myArg); } public Int32 myMethod(String myArg) { return Convert.ToInt32(DoSomething(myArg)); } private String DoSomething(key) { return SomeList[key]; } If I have multiple methods that pull data from SomeList and have to utilize different data types then in each I have to do a type conversion. • How do I create email addresses for DotNetNuke users using my domain ([email protected]

  My client wants to create email addresses for all their dotnetnuke users using their domain. The point is to keep the user's email addresses 'private' while still allowing communication through a public email address that they can control. It's not necessary to have a full webmail interface (although that would be nice). I'm thinking it would be enough just to forward any mail on and just act as a gateway. So if an email was sent to [email protected], it would be forwarded on to the email address associated with the dotnetnuke account with username 'rwain'. Is this possible to do in a shared hosting environment? Or do I need to create some custom mail server that does a conversion of the email address and forwards it?

If you build a website on a GPL licensed web framework, let's say a browser based game or some kind of kind of sophisticated web application are you required to redistribute all the code? If this is so what licenses would allow you to build on top of an opensource project without requiring you to redistribute the code?
