• Why do I get UDP datagrams out of order even with processes runnning locally?

  Well, I'm developing a java interface between a streaming server and a flash client. I noticed that UDP datagrams can reach my interface out of order even if both processes are running locally. Is that normal? I thought that as no datagram has to go through any router or any network device, then that should not be happening. Thanks in advance Nelson R. Perez

  Hey there everyone, So I'm used to the iPhone API, and I used MBProgressHUD a lot in my iPhone applications, but since I started developing apps for the Mac I noticed that I can't use MBProgressHUD. Is there an alternative that will do the same job as the MBProgressHUD? I notice that apple has it in their OS as well.   I have an c# application that uses tables from sqlserver 2008 database (runs on standalone pc with local sqlserver). Initially i install database on this pc with some initial data (there are some tables that application uses and the user doesn't touch). The question is - how can i upgrade this database after user created some new data without harming it (i continue developing and can add some new tables or stored procedures or add some columns to existing tables). I want to keep my database & tables simple, so I was going to have `pKey, formTitle, formJSON` on a table, and then store {["firstName":{"required":"true","type":"text"},"lastName":{"required":"true","type":"text"}} in formJSON. would this slow down the DB server too much to set live?   I need to use two libraries in a commercial product that i'm developing at work. One library is under the Ms-PL license and the other is under Apache License Version 2.0. I know that Ms-PL is not compatible with GPL according to the FSF, and that the Apache License Version 2.0 is only compatible with GPLv3 (and not with GPLv1 or GPLv2). But i don't know if both licenses are compatible. Any help would be appreciated, even if it is that it is impossible :)
