• JPA Secondary Table Issue

  I have a three tables: User, Course, and Test. Course has a User foreign key and Test has a Course foreign key. I am having trouble mapping the Test collection for each User since I need an intermediary step from User - Course - Test. I am trying to use a SecondaryTable since the User key for the Test is its associated Course row. Am I on the right track using SecondaryTable or is there a way to use a JoinTable without the inverseJoinColumn?

• SoundPool repeating issue for Samsung Galaxy S3

  I'm trying to play a background sound for my application, I use SoundPool class, my problem is that, sound plays well only when I set the loop parameter with zero value, but it doesn't work for any other value. My code for initialization is: soundpool = new SoundPool(4, AudioManager.STREAM_MUSIC, 0); soundsMap = new HashMap<Integer, Integer>(); soundsMap.put(1, soundpool.load(this, R.raw.soundfile_1, 1)); soundsMap.put(2, soundpool.load(this, R.raw.soundfile_2, 1)); my code for playing is soundpool.play(1, 0.9f, 0.9f, 1, -1, 1f); as I mentioned sound works when I put (0) instead of (-1) for the loop value, anyone has any idea why (-1) or any value other than (0) doesn't work (there is no output sound) ?

• PHP uploads file - enctype="multipart/form-data" issue

  Hi all, I have this upload code. there are no problem running it individually, but when i try to add into my other codes, it did not get the $_files parameter. Im guessing it was becoz of enctype="multipart/form-data" in the form tag, based on this post: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1695246/why-file-upload-didnt-work-without-enctype the enctype is needed. If i remove Hello() from Generate method in file2.py then its work fine. I cant use import file2.py in file1.py,because in file2.py the only one method name (Generate) is fix (its taken as requirement). So apart from Genarate method user can define any method and can call this in generate method, because this approach is not working so i have to write whole code into generate method only and code is also repetitive. Any help is really appreciable...

  I've been trying to get a dead simple listing from a university textbook to compile with the newest QT SDK for Windows I downloaded last night. After struggling through the regular nonsense (no make.bat, need to manually add environment variables and so on) I am finally at the point where I can build. But only one of the two libraries seem to work. The .pro file I use is dead simple: SUBDIRS += utils \ dataobjects TEMPLATE = subdirs In each of these two subfolders I have the source for a library. I have tried to figure out why this is happening, to no avail. Anyone have an idea what's going on?

  I have a person object and wants to store it into a global ArrayCollection I have made. I can't seem to get it right. I know it's something to do with scope and I have to wrap something in functions like in my ArrayCollection. • Cake PHP Routing issue

  Hi, I need to do some special routing in cake, but can't for the life of me figure it out. I have a shop controller at /shop, the format of the url will be: /shop/:category/:sub_category/:product_slug In the routing I need to send each part of the url to a different action, for example if the url was just /shop/cakes it would go to the category action of shop. However if the url was /shop/cakes/macaroons or /shop/cakes/fairy it would go to the sub category action on the shop controller. And the the same again for /shop/cakes/macaroons/pistachio would go to the product action on the shop controller. How would I go about this in the routing? Something starting with Router::connect('/shop/:category/:sub_category/:product_slug' ... Or am I way off the mark? Thanks.

  I'm having issues trying to deserializing my xml string that was from a dataset.. Here is the XML layout.. <DataSet> <User> <UserName>Test</UserName> <Email>[email protected]</Email> <Details> <ID>1</ID> <Name>TestDetails</Name> <Value>1</Value> </Details <Details> <ID>2</ID> <Name>Testing</Name> <Value>3</Value> </Details </User> </DataSet> Now I am able to deserialize the "UserName" and "Email" when doing public class User { public string UserName {get;set;} public string Email {get;set;} public Details[] Details {get;set;} } public class Details { public int ID {get;set;} public string Name {get;set;} public string Value {get;set;} } This deserializes fine when I just get the user node, the Details isnt null but has no items in it.. i know I am suppose to have between all the details but I rather not modify the XML, anyways to get this to deserialize properly without recreating the XML after I get it?

• Issue with parsed text with HTMLCleaner - spaces at the begining of text

  Im able to get text using HTMLCleaner from website. The problem is that when I set the text to a TextView it shows the beginning of the text with a big space on it.   I am having a problem displaying a Javascript string with embedded Unicode character escape sequences (\uXXXX) where the initial "\" character is itself escaped as "&#92;" What do I need to do to transform the string so that it properly evaluates the escape sequences and produces output with the correct Unicode character? For example, I am dealing with input such as: "this is a &#92;u201ctest&#92;u201d"; attempting to decode the "&#92;" using a regex expression, e.g.: var out = text.replace('/&#92;/g','\'); results in the output text: "this is a \u201ctest\u201d"; that is, the Unicode escape sequences are displayed as actual escape sequences, not the double quote characters I would like.

When it executes sql throws an error saying that the proc expects a parameter that was not provided. I know this error and understand it, and when stepping through the code I can see that the cmdExecuteReader object has a collection of parameters, with the correct naame and value. • FILE* issue PPU side code

  We are working on a homework on CELL programming for college and their feedback response to our questions is kinda slow, thought i can get some faster answers here. I have a PPU side code which tries to open a file passed down through char* argv[], however this doesn't work it cannot make the assignment of the pointer, i get a NULL. Now my first idea was that the file isn't in the correct directory and i copied in every possible and logical place, my second idea is that maybe the PPU wants this pointer in its LS area, but i can't deduce if that's the bug or not. So... My question is what am i doing wrong? I am working with a Fedora 7 SDK Cell, with Eclipse as an IDE. Maybe my argument setup is wrong tho he gets the name of the file correctly. • Blogger issue with custom background images on Chrome and Safari

  This is weird, the site in question is blog.andrebatista.info and it is a hosted at blogger.com. I'm trying to make the blogger template look the same as the one in my main website, www.andrebatista.info. For some reason if I go directly to the blog address Chrome and Safari fail to display all of my background images... all of them. However if I first go to www.andrebatista.info first and then go to the blog it renders just fine ?¿ The way I'm customizing it is by adding a link to my main site's stylesheet at the very end of the head tag on the blogger template.
