    Hello I'm trying to access the keystore from my smartcard in Java. And I'm using the following code.. I'm using the Pkcs11 implementation of OpenSc http://www.opensc-project.org/opensc File windows.cnf = name=dnie library=C:\WINDOWS\system32\opensc-pkcs11.dll Java Code = String configName = "windows.cnf" String PIN = "####"; Provider p = new sun.security.pkcs11.SunPKCS11(configName); Security.addProvider(p); KeyStore keyStore = KeyStore.getInstance("PKCS11", "SunPKCS11-dnie"); =)(= char[] pin = PIN.toCharArray(); keyStore.load(null, pin); When the execution goes by the line with =)(= throws me the following exeption java.security.KeyStoreException: PKCS11 not found at java.security.KeyStore.getInstance(KeyStore.java:635) at ObtenerDatos.LeerDatos(ObtenerDatos.java:52) at ObtenerDatos.obtenerNombre(ObtenerDatos.java:19) at main.main(main.java:27) Caused by: java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException: no such algorithm: PKCS11 for provider SunPKCS11-dnie at sun.security.jca.GetInstance.getService(GetInstance.java:70) at sun.security.jca.GetInstance.getInstance(GetInstance.java:190) at java.security.Security.getImpl(Security.java:662) at java.security.KeyStore.getInstance(KeyStore.java:632) I think the problem is "SunPKCS11-dnie", but I don't know to put there. I had tried with a lot of combinations... Anyone can help me...

    Hi, I am using Komodo Edit as an IDE. I have to encode some files as UTF-8 without BOM in Komodo. In my localhost and site there is no problem but on some sites i am seeing BOM sign and this is a terrible problem for AJAX-JSON response. Any advices? Thanks.

  • Using Google Apps gmail with Symfony nahomail plugin

    My boss asks me to update a domain to adopt Google Apps, now everything has been done except the website is still not updated to use the Google Apps gmail server. The website is running on Symfony 1.4.x but it is not the latest 1.4.x version, and it does not have Swiftmailer included. It now sends email (e.g. user registration confirm email) using the nahomail plugin. Now I would like to make it send email using the Google Apps gmail server. The website is going to be abandoned after a few months, for simplicity, I am going to do an update directly on the production server and so I am trying to avoid as many trial-and-errors as possible. I wonder if anyone is actually using this plugin and can share the nahomail settings for gmail server that has been working nicely. Many thanks to you all.

    Hi everybody; I hope you can help me figure the best way to implement a manual (server-side initiated) login without using the password. Let me explain the workflow: User registers Thank you! An email with an activation link has been sent blablabla (Account now exists but is marked not enabled) User opens email, clicks link (Account is enabled) Thank you! You can now use the site What I'm trying to do is log in the user after he has clicked the email link so he can start using the website right away. I can't use his password since it's encrypted in the DB, is the only option writing a custom authentication backend?

  • Is it possible / recommendable sending HTML emails containing Javascript?

    This is mostly a rhetorical question, as far as I've checked the answer is 'don't even bother', but I wanted to be really sure. We have an email app, where you can send email to lists of subscribers. This is not spam: it's used, for example, by an university to send communications to its students, by a museum to send emails to subscribers, etc. Recently, I was asked by a prospective client if it was possible to send html messages containing javascript without being marked as spam. Not knowing, I did a short trip of the webs and what I've got is (percentages out of my posterior) 'half the clients won't display properly', 'half the clients will flag you as spam' and 'half the clients will have blocked javascript altogether' (There's clearly some superposition). So the best solution seems to be adding a link to a proper page if really necessary. Have you got a different experience? Do you know of any email-merge solution that provides this feature? Do you know if specific clients accept it or refuse to display html with javascript?

    The Silicon Labs CP210x chip allows the PID to be customized which in turn means a customized driver is needed to have a matching PID. On x64 systems that require driver signing using a customized driver would also require signing that driver. Fortunately it is possible to use the original signed CP210x driver by manually select it for the device as explained here. What I would like to know is if it is possible to use DPinst or some other method to automatically have the original signed CP210x driver selected for the device during install or when the CP210x device is plugged in?

    I have inherited a rails forum (Rails 2.3.2 I think) that alerts people of new posts/replies for the forums or threads they are watching. To make it easier for people to answer to threads I would like to enable reply-to-post, similar to basecamp and a bunch of other forums and tools out there. I would add a separator text (like "----add your reply above this line-----") in the original email. I need to: - process incoming email - extract the new text (above the separator line) - ideally strip out text like "on ... [email protected] wrote:" that is automatically added by some mail clients - identify the thread this email is referring to (either using the incoming address or the subject line) - identify the sender - post the content as new reply Any suggestions on how to get started? Any good plugins for this? I've seen many mentioning Mailman and Fetcher, are there any other and which one is the best for this little feature? Thanks!

    Hi, i have already research on using the mail() to send to multiple recipient's but i just cant get it to work. What im trying to do is, for every order that i have, order 1,2,3, each having their own email addresses, when i change their order status from pending to confirm, the mail() will use that id to refer to the db table and send the email of those 3 orders. But for my case, it mailed just the latest order which is order 3.   • Are there any tools that can inline css?

    Because some email clients don't properly render external stylesheets (or even styles within the of an html email message), inlining css is a common approach to try to maintain consistent look and feel between a website and emails. But manually inlining styles is painful and error prone. I'm looking for a way to let users create messages using the same stylesheet as their website uses, but then converts the text to a more email appropriate format prior to sending. While it's certainly possible to write a tool that reads styles and the DOM, injecting the correct inline style for each element, I'm hoping there's already a tool available that does this. Unfortunately, my googling hasn't yielded any useful results. Do you know of any tools that can inline css styles? I'm not picky about the language, though if it's not open source, I'll probably just write my own.

    I use this code to send an email: $headers="MIME-Version: 1.0"."\n"; $headers.="Content-type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8"."\n"; $headers.="From: $name <$email>"."\n"; mail($to, '=?UTF-8?B?'.base64_encode($subject).'?=', $text, $headers, '[email protected]'); If I use special characters Å Ä Ö from the swedish alphabet, they are not encoded properly, so they turn up like ö for ö. However, this doesn't happen if I change the $to variable to a gmail account email, then they are shown correctly. Anybody got any idea? Thanks UPDATE: When I echo $name, the name is displayed correctly, in utf8, with all special chars nicely shown.

    I'm not sure if this can be done. I was looking to for a way to add a subject line to an email address hidden via reCaptcha Mailhide. Usually we have a mailto tag which include a subject like so:- <a href="mailto:[email protected]">The text of your link</a> However when we use recaptcha mailhide, we encrypt the email address and the reCaptcha decrypts it for us on completion of the captcha (sort of) So nowhere am I actually setting the subject of the email. Is there a workaround for this?

I would just like to be able to 1.Check for mail 2.Download mail(presumably to a string, though a file is acceptable) and 3. delete the mail from the web server but keep it on my computer. Thta is all i need to know right now, however my long term goal is to set up kind of a remote terminal over email, so that wherever i have email i have a certain amount of control over my computer.

    Outlook email receiving was working fine previously, but now this error message is appearing. Task '[email protected] - Receiving' reported error (0x80042112) : 'The following e-mail messages on the mail server cannot be downloaded. Contact your Internet service provider (ISP) or mail administrator if you continue to receive this error. Unfortunately it doesn't provide much information on what the cause is. Any ideas?
