  I have a local folder on my Mac that I want to sync with a WebDAV server. There are a lot of files in my folder. After I edit some files or add/remove folders, I want to be able to sync the changes to the WebDAV server, ignoring what it is on the server and always using my files. Is there any script or tool that I can use from command line to do that? And mounting the resource is not a solution.

  hi, i'm new to this so bear with me plz. im attempting to set up git on my mac and need to be using my dev folder. however, there seems to be nothing in my folder ("zero KB on disk") with no sub directories listed. other hidden directories are intact. i've never really gone this deep into things before so i'm not sure how/why anything would previously have been deleted. any help greatly appreciated.

• vsftp on CentOS - unable to get a folder list of /var directory

  Hi, I'm just getting started with CentOS and running into a strange issue with vsftp. When I FTP in, then change directory to /var I don't get a folder list. Is there something about CentOS or vsftp in particular that I may be missing that causes this behavior? The permissions on the folder are like others that I am able to see while connected via FTP.   I was so excited to hear that Windows 7 Explorer now has a hotkey to create a new folder (ctrl+shift+N), but I tried it on my machine, and it doesn't work!! If I press ctrl+shift+N in a Windows Explorer window, it opens up my default web browser (Firefox) and tries to open the last downloaded file. How do I get Create New Folder functionality back? Notes: Windows 7, Firefox is default browser. Keyboard is MS Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000.

• DFS - Stop sync of large folder that has since been removed

  We have a site to site DFSR on Windows Server 2008 R2 that has been running perfectly between site A to site B until someone dumped a 20GB folder. This has overwhelmed the upload and make the internet almost useless at site A (the upload is low at the branch office). We have removed this folder from the DFS share on site A, however the internet is still really slow. Is there any way to cancel this sync or other way to get DFSR back in to a happy state?

  We have several users using a shared account and when messages in that account's in box have been processed they are drag and dropped into a public folder. Is there a way to determine who dropped a mail item in an Exchange 2003 public folder, so that we can have some accountability? I suspect this can't be done natively in Exchange, so if there is a scripted solution to this I'd be very interested.

I'm using the options: sudo mount -t vboxsf -o uid=1000,gid=100 pg ~/pg-host The folder mounts fine, however it appears that the mounted directory is case-insensitive, even though my OSX drive is formatted case-sensitive. Are there any options to control this behavior ?
