• Code generator tool to generate a property and backing field

  I'm working in VS2008 and C#, and I'm looking for a (free) code generator tool to generate a property with getter and setter, as well as the backing private field to go with. The template thingy in VS does not make the field to go with it. Just looking for something a little bit better. I once saw a web site where you could build this code, then cust-and-paste it from the web page to your code.

  I'm planning to have a desktop app interact with some .ASP or .ASPX pages on a server. I've only done a little bit with .asp pages and I'm thinking I'd just Post or Get a URL with some variables: MySite.com/Functions.asp?FunctionName=?Paramater1=somevalue?Parameter2=... I'm wondering if there is any better way to go about this? Am I missing something? Is there perhaps a better way to go about this?

  Hi, I'm using htaccess rewrite engine to make urls look nice, from www.mysite.com/index.php?pag=home to www.mysite.com/pag/home it works fine with this rule RewriteRule ^pag/([^/]+)$ index.php?pag=$1 [L,QSA,NC] but when I go to www.mysite.com it redirects me to www.mysite.com/index.php is there a way to redirect to www.mysite.com/pag/home? I tried redirect 301 /index.php http://www.mysite.com/pag/home but when i try to go to www.mysite.com the browser gives my "page do not exsist error"

When I go to the debug folder in windows, I see the .lib file. but when I create a new application and try to add it to "additional Library Directories" I go to the exact folder and it does not show up.

  i used zend_tool to setup a project then to create module blog with index controller etc but i guess the default config setup by zend_tool does not work with modules so i edited it resources.frontController.moduleDirectory = APPLICATION_PATH "/modules" resources.frontController.moduleDirectoryControllerName = "controllers" i guess these are required for modules? also i moved the folders, controllers, models, views into the modules/ folder but i get a blank screen when i try to go to http://servername which shld load Default module's index controller and action. even if i try to go http://servername/nonexistentpage it also shows a blank screen instead of a 404

  I am trying to set the X-Axis labels on a plot. I have a vector of times, these go down to the millisecond level. I have tried setting both XTick and XTickLabel properties but things are not working correctly (labels are not valid).   Let's say I have single Vim tab displaying 9 buffers (equally separated, like a table 3x3). Currently, to get from the top left window to the bottom right one, I have to press 3, Ctrl+W, J, and then 3, Ctrl+W, L. This is cumbersome and I would like to just be able to press Ctrl+9 to go to the 9th window and Ctrl+3 to go to the 3rd window, etc. Is there any easy way I can map something like this in Vim?
