( It's up to you to have it or not ) Press enter to go to a new line. now type "=rand(100,60)" in new line Now press enter After writing this - it will create 81 pages long story The question is Why ??   • Maven jaxb2:xjc/jaxws:wsimport to be added in eclipse?

    I have a library I am creating based on some WSDL/XSD definitions. I am having a problem having the compiled classes added in the eclipse project. I can see that with a 'mvn compile' that the .class files are generated, as well as the .java files. The problem is that even though the .class files are generated, eclipse is still showing an error on the import statement "import com.whatever.SomeService_Service" that was generated by one of the plugins. I tried forcing the source to go into the project/src/main/java directory, but when the project is cleaned, it deletes files that I have created. Has anyone run into this before/found a way to get it to recognize that the class files are there? Thanks.

I have the majority of the code made, but for some reason the channels won't switch. I'm fairly unfamiliar with how properties work, and I think that's what my problem here is.   • Spaceship objects

    I'm trying to make a program which creates a spaceship and I'm using the status() method to display the ship's name and fuel values. However, it doesn't seem to be working. I think I may have messed something up with the status() method. I'm also trying to make it so that I can change the fuel values, but I don't want to create a new method to do so. I think I've taken a horrible wrong turn somewhere in there.   • Define a swig interface file for generation of wrapper to every type from some header file

    Hi! We're using some C library in our Java project. Several years ago some other developer which has retired few years ago (as always) has created all the wrappers for us. The wrappers were generated by the swig, but the interface file is lost now. The basic idea of library and the wrappers for it is following: There only one function which returns pointer to some complex object. And there are wrapper for that function. The complex object is a tree-like structure with dozens of node kinds and types (C structures) used to represent them. There are hundreds of wrappers for every field of every type and we're trying to use them all. The library was updated some time ago and now there are some new data we unaware of which yet, but would like to use. This data is contained in some of the objects indirectly contained or referenced from the object created by the function we call (Some new fields and types were added). I know that I shouldn't make any changes to the wrappers by hand and should rather modify the interface, but as I already wrote it's missing. For now I only want to generate wrappers some few types which are added/changed and them to our old wrappers, but later I want to start creation of interface file which will define "what and how should be wrapped". All the definitions necessary for us are defined in single header file. Is it possible to tell swig to generate wrappers for every type in this header? If so, how can I write such interface file?

    Given the following function: def foo(a, b, c): pass How would one obtain a list/tuple/dict/etc of the arguments passed in, without having to build the structure myself? Specifically, I'm looking for Python's version of JavaScript's arguments keyword or PHP's func_get_args() method. What I'm not looking for is a solution using *args or **kwargs; I need to specify the argument names in the function definition (to ensure they're being passed in) but within the function I want to work with them in a list- or dict-style structure.

    Hello I have a user model and a ratings model. Whenever a new user is created I want to create a new feedback model with it automatically. Each user model has one feedback model and each feedback model has many ratings. My Classes class User < ActiveRecord::Base end class Feedback < ActiveRecord::Base belongs_to :user has_many :ratings end class Rating < ActiveRecord::Base belongs_to :feedback end My database tables -user doesn't have anything special -feedback has user_id. This user_id should be the same as the user that has just been created. For example, user_id of 1 is created, then a feedback model should be created that belongs to user_id of 1. So the user_id column in the feedback database will also be 1. - Rating has a feedback_id and a user_id the user_id in this case is the id of the person who submitted the rating. I am having it assigned through the build command. I believe my process is correct here. The Goal The goal is to have each user have a feedback table that has many ratings from other users. So if someone goes to the feedback page, they will see all the ratings given and by who. Is there a better way to approach this? How do you create a model of feedback with the same id as the user being created right when a new user is created. The idea is that when a user is created a feedback is created associated with that user so people can then go to http://localhost:3000/users/1/feedback/ and submit new ratings. I'm trying to bypass having a user rate another user with just a ratings model because I'm not sure how to do it.

Empty string? What is the __? How do I call the function? Keyword like python, positional arguments or do I have to pass an array?     Hi guys, I'm really new to programming in Obj-C, my background is in labview which is a graphical programming language, I've worked with Visual Basic some and HTML/CSS a fair amount as well. I'm trying to figure out the logic to create an array of data for the pattern below. I need the pattern later to extract data from another 2 arrays in a specific order. I can do it by referencing a = 1, b = 2, c = 3 etc and then creating the array with a, b, c but I want to use a loop so that I don't have 8 references above the array. These references will be used to generate another generation of data so unless I can get help figuring out the logic I'll actually end up with 72 references above the array. // This is the first one which gives the pattern 0 0 0 0 (etc) // 1 1 1 1 // 2 2 2 2 NSMutableArray * expSecondRef_one = [NSMutableArray array]; int a1 = 0; while (a1 < 9) { int a2 = 0; while (a2 < 8) { NSNumber * a3 = [NSNumber numberWithInt:a1]; [expSecondRef_one addObject:a3]; a2++; } a1++; } // This is the second one which I'm stumbling over, I am looking for the pattern 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 // 0 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 // 0 1 3 4 5 6 7 8 // 0 1 2 4 5 6 7 8 // etc to -> // 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 If you run it in a line every 9th number is -1 but I don't know how to do that over a pattern of 8.   • Why do I get a Warning and a Fatal error when I use ../ ?

    When I use ../mysqlConnect.php I get the following messages. Warning: require_once(../mysqlConnect.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/etc... Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../mysqlConnect.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /home/content/etc... When I use the directory name - mydir/mysqlConnect.php - everything works fine.

    I would like to make a html/js widget that people can add to their blogs, sites etc. I have never made widgets before so I would like to hear what should be done and what not. For example, how do I make the styling? Inline, own css file or what is the best practise? I believe i cant use head and body stuff in it. What about h1, h2 etc? These kids are very young and have not seen/worked with a computer before. The fun factor should not be lost and hence I don't want it to be rigorous, just plain, what is computer, keyboard, mouse, browser, where to look for what (google.com) and so on.     After adding log4j to my application I get the following output every time I execute my application: log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (slideselector.facedata.FaceDataParser). log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly. It seems this means a configuration file is missing. Where should this config file be located and what is a good start content? I'm using plain java for developing a desktop application. So no webserver etc...
