  • Watir not working in Windows 7

    I recently did a fresh install of Windows 7. I installed Ruby 1.8.6 and Watir via RubyGems. When I try to run a Watir script, IE opens and the first page is called, but the problem seems to be that the script doesn't wait for the page to finish loading (which it's always done in the past). Subsequent lines in the script try to access page elements that haven't loaded yet. Is anyone else having this problem?

  • How to install MUI files into GAC?

    I am writing a C++/CLI assembly that uses some native DLLs. During compile I can list them as "assembly link resource" so that the assembly is aware of these dependencies. When I use gacutils, it properly pulls all the native DLLs into GAC and they get properly loaded from GAC. Now, some of these native DLLs are localized, and have MUI files. How do I get those to be automatically copied to GAC as well?

  • Didn't load images when I test version on Iphone

    I use images from resources like that: UIImage *image = [ UIImage imageNamed:@"example.jpg" ]; UIImageView *imageView = [ [UIImageView alloc] initWithImage:image ]; When I test it on semulator it's works. But on Iphone no. Also image with size about 10Kb loaded, with size about 100Kb no. Whats wrong?

  • Loading css rules dynamically in Webkit (Safari/Chrome)

    Hi all, I currently have issues in Webkit(Safari and Chrome) were I try to load dynamically (innerHTML) some html into a div, the html contains css rules (...), after the html gets rendered the style definitions are not loaded (so visually I can tell the styles are not there and also if I search with javascript for them no styles are found). I have tried using a jquery plugin tocssRule(), it works but it is just too slow. Is there another way of getting webkit to load the styles dynamically? Thanks. Patrick

  • blitting issue when blitting to wxGCDC from a wxMemoryDC

    Hi All, I have loaded a wxBitmap (with transparency .png) in memoryDC now when i am blitting the data from the memoryDc to GCDC that time in transparent part its giving the black color. But if remove the GCDC and use normal ClientDC for display purpose there is no such problem happening, but i cannot remove the wxGCDC because this is only support the transparency in color drawing. Any solution or workaround really helpful. Thanks in advanced

    When I do something like the following: $site = ORM::factory('site')->where('name', '=', 'Test Site')->find(); $users = $site->users; $deletedusers = $users->where('deleted', '=', '1')->find_all(); $nondeletedusers = $users->where('deleted', '=', '0')->find_all(); The contents of $deletedusers is correct, but the $nondeletedusers contains every non-deleted user, not just the ones in the loaded $site. What am I doing wrong?

The app starts but none of my images or stylesheets are being loaded. The Rails console outputs a lot of RoutingErrors to those files. Isn't that mode available yet?

    Hai I am developing an application in C#.I have a folde called myfolder it contains a file called mypoints.bmp.the folder myfolder is in my project folder it is in D drive .the path is D:\Myproject\myfolder\mypoints.bmp Now in my program whereever i need mypoints.bmp i hardcoded the wholw path.when my project is copied in to a different system under C drive i am not able to run mu project because of the hardcoded path.HOw can i give the path so that there will not be any problem evenif it is loaded in to a different system under a different drive.Please help. I am using the JSN-Epic template where i am having a line as <link rel="shortcut icon" href="<?php echo $this->baseurl; ?>/images/favicon.ico" /> i have uploaded the favicon.ico to my templates/jsnepic/ but when i load the page the image appears when it starts loading and then disappears while loaded fully. How to resolve this??

    There are several questions out there that ask the same question. However the answers they received I cannot understand, so here goes: Similar questions: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1874277/dynamically-load-assembly-and-manually-force-path-to-get-referenced-assemblies ; http://stackoverflow.com/questions/22012/loading-assemblies-and-its-dependencies-closed The question in short: I need to figure out how dependencies, ie References in my modules can be loaded dynamically. Right now I am getting "The system cannot find the file specified" on Assemblies referenced in my so called modules. I cannot really get how to use the AssemblyResolve event... The longer version I have one application, MODULECONTROLLER, that loads separate modules. These "separate modules" are located in well-known subdirectories, like appBinDir\Modules\Module1 appBinDir\Modules\Module2 Each directory contains all the DLLs that exists in the bin-directory of those projects after a build. So the MODULECONTROLLER loads all the DLLs contained in those folders using this code: byte[] bytes = File.ReadAllBytes(dllFileFullPath); Assembly assembly = null; assembly = Assembly.Load(bytes); I am, as you can see, loading the byte[]-array (so I dont lock the DLL-files). Now, in for example MODULE1, I have a static reference called MyGreatXmlProtocol. The MyGreatXmlProtocol.dll then also exists in the directory appBinDir\Modules\Module1 and is loaded using the above code When code in the MODULE1 tries to use this MyGreatXmlProtocol, I get: Could not load file or assembly 'MyGreatXmlProtocol, Version=1.0.3797.26527, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. So, in a post (like this one) they say that To my understanding reflection will load the main assembly and then search the GAC for the referenced assemblies, if it cannot find it there, you can then incorparate an assemblyResolve event: First; is it really needed to use the AssemblyResolve-event to make this work? Shouldnt my different MODULEs themself load their DLLs, as they are statically referenced? Second; if AssemblyResolve is the way to go - how do I use it?   • How do I change the title of the "back" button on a Navigation Bar

    Currently the left bar button default value is the title of the view that loaded the current one, in other words the view to be shown when the button is pressed (back button). I want to change the text shown on the button to something else. I tried putting the following line of code in the view controller's viewDidLoad method but it doesn't seem to work. self.navigationItem.leftBarButtonItem.title = @"Log Out"; What should I do?
