    okay iI have no clue what to do iI have tried the most common ways to fix it and nothing has work it has 4 gb Idk what generation or anything iI bought it from my aunt but here is the problem when iI first got it it worked fine iI plugged it into my computer to put music on it and it screwed up ever since it has showed the apple screen then flashes black over and over until it dies i cannot turn it on at all my computer doesn't even register it when iI plug it up idon't know what to do and iI really want it to work please help someone?

  • If we develop iOS app, and submit a new version to the App Store, it won't have a risk of having the old version pulled out?

    As an iOS developer, is it true that once we get an app into the App Store, we can quite safely update any new version and the worst it can happen is that the new version is rejected, but the old version in general will always stay, unless there was something egregious that Apple didn't catch the first time? (and what if a method in a class is deprecated and later even removed? Won't iOS 8, say, in the future not be able to run the old app?)

    My company has many clients wanting mobile applications and having the payments come into our account and then sorting the payments would be a real pain. So can a company have a main account to publish applications (free and chargeable) and still have some sort of client account for each app (so they could view sales and receive full payment directly)? I would like to know for Windows, Android and Apple please.

In order to make your service compatible with the new Async/Await Pattern try using an extension method similar to the following: WCF Async/Await Method public static class ServiceExtensions {     public static Task<DateTime> GetDateTimeTaskAsync(this Service1Client client)     {         return Task.Factory.FromAsync<DateTime>(             client.BeginGetDateTime(null, null),             ar => client.EndGetDateTime(ar));     } } The previous code snippet adds an extension method to the GetDateTime method of the Service1Client WCF proxy.     Someone has shared a Picasa web album (Limited, anyone with the link), but I can't download it to Picasa. The following alert appears: Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (picasa) isn't associated with any program. I have Picasa 3.0.0 installed on Ubuntu 11.04, I remember it saying something about registering the picasa protocol with Firefox during the installation. I have Firefox 6.0.2, and these settings are present in about:config network.protocol-handler.app.picasa;/usr/bin/picasa network.protocol-handler.expose.picasa;true network.protocol-handler.external.picasa;true Picasa is located here: $ which picasa /usr/bin/picasa Is there something I can do to make this work?     In one of the project where I was working one, we used the Microsoft Enterprise Library Exception Application Block integration with WCF for logging all the technical issues on the services/backend in Windows Event Log. This application block worked like a charm, all the errors were correctly logged on the Event Log without even needing to modify the service code.   • Scale plugin keeps forgetting hot corner settings on restart

    I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 with Unity, which I suppose uses Compiz as well. I have Compiz Settings Manager, and make the top left and bottom left corners of my screen activate the "Scale" (like Exposé) function to scale and show all windows. The problem is that when I restart the computer, the hot corners no longer do anything. I have to go back into compiz settings manager, delete the hot corner option, and then set it again. Something seems to be overriding or deleting the compiz hot corner setting on restart. Update: Sometimes, the setting loses its footing even while the computer is running. I haven't figured out yet what triggers it.

  • Java Transaction Service without the application server

    Is it possible to have a Java standalone application (no application server attached) that exposes some operations that a client can call and be the one to manage the transactions? I was thinking this application to expose JNDI resources and get a hold of a java:comp/UserTransaction from there, get also a bean from there and call methods A, B and C on it and coordinate the transaction from the client? The application I'm writing isn't complex enough so that I need a big application server around it so I'm thinking to have a standalone JTS inside it that the client could interact with from a transactions point of view. I don't have much experience with distributed transactions and don't really know how to tackle the issue. Is it even possible? Am I getting myself into something beyond what a mere mortal (programmer) can handle? How can I approach this?

    There is an interesting interview with Werner Vogels which is partly about how Amazon does Service Oriented Architecture: For us service orientation means encapsulating the data with the business logic that operates on the data, with the only access through a published service interface. No direct database access is allowed from outside the service, and there’s no data sharing among the services. I do not understand that. Why do they need to 'wrap' a database into some layer if it already can be consumed as a service by other service through database adaptors? Does Amazon do that just because they need to expose the database to third parties or because of anything else? Why "no direct database access is allowed"? What are the advantages of such an architectural decision?

    I'm attempting to setup juju-gui in a VM running Ubuntu 13.10 x64 Server. I intend to see if it's possible to deploy an openstack "all in one" node, using this method in that particular VM. I've installed and bootstrapped juju in a local environment : $sudo apt-get install juju-core $sudo apt-get install juju-local $juju switch local $sudo juju bootstrap Next I've executed the following : $juju deploy juju-gui $juju expose juju-gui $watch juju status I was expecting to see juju-gui open up some ports and become available via a web-browser but nothing like that happened - why? how do I fix that? I believe I've managed to follow the deployment guides to the letter? Are there any detailed walkthroughs regarding deploying openstack on 13.10, using juju? Cheers :)

Ce tutoriel a pour but de décrire les étapes à suivre pour mettre en place RIA, mais en tenant compte de l'expérience acquise au cours de ces derniers mois (réalisation de projets qui utilisent RIA). Il aborde donc la technologie et expose les solutions mises en place pour faciliter les phases de développement (gestion des erreurs, conflits, classe partielle pour définir le "DomainService", etc.).
