    My application was rejected from Apple today.Apple says that the video stream should be not more than at 64kbps. what should i will have to do get my application approve on App Store?? Should i have to make changes on video content that i am streaming from my iPhone or should i have to change in code? Please suggest. Thanks, Jim.

  • Rails Asset Caching Breaks First few page loads

    We're using Rails asset caching for JS and CSS like this: <%= javascript_include_tag :defaults, 'autocomplete', 'searchbox', 'jqmodal', :cache => set_asset_cache(:admins) %> In our deploy we call rake tmp:assets:clear each time. The problem is that the first few page loads after a deploy come up with no css on the page. I guess until the cached all.js and all.css have been regenerated. We deploy many times per day and this is scary for any users who happen to come across a busted page. Have people found any way to make this smoother so the new cached assets are guaranteed to be there on the first new page load?

The transferring is working fine, but I would like to display to the user what transfer rate they are getting. So I know the total size of the file, and how much of the file has been transferred, is there a way to figure out the transfer rate from this information, and if not, what information do I need to calculate the transfer rate?     I have configured WordPress to display a static front page as described here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Settings_Reading_SubPanel#Reading_Settings When save changes and try to visit my front page, my browser displays the following error: "The page isn't redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete." Disabling cookies does not remedy the situation. I'm using the theme, Constructor (http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/constructor), which I suspect may be contributing to the problem. How can I make WordPress properly display my front page?

I'm using HtmlUnit to click on a HtmlElement that triggers Javascript action: currentPage = ((HtmlElement) currentPage.getByXPath("//*[contains(@onclick, 'check();')]").get(0)).click(); The element is: <a href="#" onclick="check(); return false;"> The page returned is quite similar to the page, containing that element: same URL, mostly same HTML, but there are some minor differences in the HTML and HtmlUnit doesn't save the new page. I'm using HttpAnalyzer to sniff the traffic and I see that the Webclient correctly handles JS and send the right request. The response is also correct, but when I dump the contents of the currentPage to a file, I see that the actual page didn't change. How can I fix it?

    Hi I know how to add SL page as a whole to existing ASP.net application. We have existing ASP.net page with few tabs. Each tab is a user control. We want to add another tab, which will host Silverlight content. Is it possible to add silverlight content in one of the tabs of a page? Any example links? AutoPageBreak works fine if you're sending text to a page with writeHTML and multiCell at the default width of the page.     Hello, I have developed my .net web app on XP using IIS6. It uses just plain old master pages, nothing fancy. No nested master page. When I deployed it to the server, which is IIS7, suddenly any page that implements a master page, will not be rendered. Gives a 404 error instead. Any ideas, about confguration that I need to specify in IIS7 that is not in IIS6? Thanks

    In Internet Explorer 7, this code executes consistently in 47 ms: function updateObjectValues() { $('.objects').html(12345678); // ~500 DIVs } however, this code executes consistently in 157 ms: function updateObjectValues() { $('.objects').html('12345678'); // ~500 DIVs } Passing a number is over 3x faster than a string. Why are these results so dramatically different? And, is there any way to help the performance of the string?

    I'm trying to get a property (ImpersonatePersonId) from a page in global.asax but get a HttpException saying 'Request is not available in this context'. I've been searching for some documentation on where in the pipeline the request is accessible, but as far as I can see all Microsoft can produce of documentation is one-liners like "PostRequestHandlerExecute: Occurs when the ASP.NET event handler finishes execution." which really doesn't give me much... I've tried placing the call in both Pre and PostRequestHandlerExceute but with the same result. I wonder if anyone with experience in this would be so kind as to tell me where the Request object is available. My code from global asax is below. ICanImpersonate page = HttpContext.Current.Handler as ICanImpersonate; ImpersonatedUser impersonatePerson = page != null ? page.ImpersonatePersonId : null; Response.Filter = new TagRewriter(Response, new TagProcessor(Context, impersonatePerson).Process); What I want to do is rewrite some HTML based on some request parameters.

    I would like to change the default behavior of Wordpress regarding the number of articles displayed on a same page to be the following : when displaying the home page, the 10 most recent articles should be displayed, 10 being the setting which can be changed through the admin panel (posts_per_page) when displaying the articles of a specific month (given through the URL like this : ?m=200906&order=ASC, I'd like to display on the same page all articles of this month (in other words, I don't want to have to browse through articles using previous entries or next entries. EDIT : I forgot something else I'd like to change : On the page where all articles of the specified month are displayed, I would like to display the comments for each article. Is this possible to do ? How ?
