Tabs can be configured to be as many characters wide as needed, but spaces can't. Example: Zend cs Pear cs Pear manual: This helps to avoid problems with diffs, patches, SVN history and annotations. How could tabs cause problems?

    Does anyone know, please, how one can download multiple RSS attachements? If one right clicks on an RSS message, Outlook will download the attached conent from the RSS feed but this needs to be done a message at a time. While the "Account Settings" tab will allow future attachements to be downloaded with the RSS message, is there any way this can be done to download multiple RSS attachments, so they do not have to be done one by one?

  • Doctrine-CLI database creation issue.

    I have Doctrine setup in my Zend Framework application and I built my schema YAML file. But when I tell Doctrine to build the tables it says it does but it doesn't actually make them. It creates the models, and will create the DB but it will not populate the DB with the tables and throws no errors. Does anyone have a guess or know why this is not working? Thank you.

    Has anybody ever seen any (no-installs-necessary) solutions to listing any RSS feed on any page of a website? Ideally it would consist of HTML (javascript if necessary) and require no downloads or installs. I am thinking of twitter-style apps that you load up in an iframe or via Javascript and in turn they show your latest tweets on the page - same concept, different content. Just looking for a shiny gadget, not able to write my own solution for this particular project.

  • VM using a secondary graphic card

    Hi everyone, at the moment i have a dual monitor setup on my main PCIe gfx card. I know that on windows it is almost impossible to have a second card (eg no thrills PCI card) running without having an SLI motherboard because of a driver issue. Well this was my conclusion after many weeks of research. I was thinking...is it possible to use a VM in order to utilize the secondary card as the default video output to feed another monitor? let me know if you want me to clarify Thanks :)

I have found some MVC frameworks, and some of them support only PHP 5: PHP Frameworks PHP MVC Frameworks Model–view–controller on Wikipedia but can anyone recommend one of those MVC frameworks that plans to actively use PHP 5.3 features, not just being compatible with PHP 5.3?   • Why is JSON outputting out of order?

    I'm am trying to get a list of weather information for 8 locations. I'm using a weather API that accepts longitude and latitude and spits back json output with the weather info for that location. I feed the coords in order 0-7 but when json processes the data it comes back in a seemingly random order. I assume it's because some process faster than others and json is outputing what it gets back as it gets it.   • Disabling VLC's crash message

    I have a Mac Mini running videos on loop to display publicly, which occasionally crashes I think generally when other OSX functions kicking in. I have a script to detect when VLC is not running and reboot it, but there is often a system message on top "VLC crashed previously". Is there a way to disable this (I can find no option in VLC's advanced options), or perhaps to feed a 'Continue' response to it via Applescript?

  • How do I cache RSS feeds in order not to miss entries on client side?

    I'm using a client side RSS reader and turn on my PC at night. But some RSS feeds publish only a limited number of entries and old entries are removed from the feed. So sometimes I can miss entries. In order to avoid that, I want to cache feeds on some web service. Is there something like it? Although I know server side readers like Google Reader solve this problem, I still like client side readers.
