  • Is there any way to group edit buttons in MediaWiki?

    Is there any way to group the edit buttons displayed above the edit dialog in MediaWiki? By grouping, I mean like Word does (and even this editor) - you can add dividing lines to group them so that e.g. Bold and Italic are in one group, numbered list and bullet points in another. We've added lots of new buttons (in EditPage.php) and they are in a logical order, but at 30 buttons it is a bit overwhelming for some users.

    Hello. for my own education I am curious what compilers use which C++ front-end and backend. Can you enlighten me where the following technologies are used and what hallmarks/advantages they have if any? Open64 - is it backend, front-end, or both? Which compilers use it? I encounter it in cuda compiler. EDG - as far as I can tell this is a backend use by Intel compilers and Comeau. do other compilers use it? I found quite a few references to it in boost source code. ANTLR - this is general parser. Do any common compilers use it? Regarding compilers: with front-end/backend does gcc compiler suite uses? does it have common heritage with any other compiler? what front-end/backend PGI and PathScale compilers use? what front-end/backend XL compiler uses (IBM offering).     Hi I have a submit button and am styling it using the following css: .subm { background-color:Transparent; background-image:url(Images/Button_Send.png); background-repeat:no-repeat; width:82px; height:30px; display:block; border:none; outline:none; overflow:visible;} .subm:hover { background-color:Transparent; background-image:url(Images/Button_Send_Over.png); background-repeat:no-repeat; width:82px; height:30px; display:block; border:none; outline:none; overflow:visible; } Here is the html: <input type="submit" class="subm" value="" /> Nothing surprising. However, what annoys me is that when the submit button is clicked in IE it moves the image up a couple of pixels cutting them off which makes it look, hmm, good word, 'naff.' How can I compensate or stop this? I have tried expanding the image and leaving a couple of blank pixels at the top but it still does the same thing! Thanks R.

    Hi guys! I have another question about the same template as before. in my website. (www.nikstudio.cl) I need to show in the webpage's portfolio (menu "trabajos") show a few pictures. If you click the thumbnail picture you can see the full size version of that thumbnail. My problem are two: First the picture one and two are the same as five a six ( and i can't change it cause i don't find the place to do this.) And the second is when I copy and paste (in a new layer) of the movieclip "sprite 656" i get in the swf a new picture on the portfolio but i can't click it.   • VisualSVN How to roll back the revision number ?

    The company I work in has suffered a major server failure. During this failure the SVN Repository was lost. But there is still hope ! We have an old backup of the repository which I've managed to successfully restore using VisualSVN. The problem I'm facing now is that I can't update / commit pre-failure checkedout folders. The reason for this problem is that for instance: a local folder has a revision number of 2361, while the repository itself holds a revision number of 2290, which is older. Is there a way to deal with this issue ? Can I some how change the revision numbers on either the local copy or the server copy? A few points: I'm using TortoiseSVN 1.6.6. I can checkout folders from the repo and the connection is active. I've picked one of my folders and used the Relocate option on it. This helped me see that there is something wrong with the revision number I've experimented a bit with the merge option but this lead me now where special.     Ok i saw many post's on how to serialize the value of dragged items to get hash and they tell how to save them.   • Regular expression from font to span (size and colour) and back (VB.NET)

    Hi, I am looking for a regular expression that can convert my font tags (only with size and colour attributes) into span tags with the relevant inline css. This will be done in VB.NET if that helps at all. I also need a regular expression to go the other way as well. To elaborate below is an example of the conversion I am looking for: <font size="10">some text</font> To then become: <span style="font-size:10px;">some text</span> So converting the tag and putting a "px" at the end of whatever the font size is (I don't need to change/convert the font size, just stick px at the end). The regular expression needs to cope with a font tag that only has a size attribute, only a color attribute, or both: <font size="10">some text</font> <font color="#000000">some text</font> <font size="10" color="#000000">some text</font> <font color="#000000" size="10">some text</font> I also need another regular expression to do the opposite conversion. So for example: <span style="font-size:10px;">some text</span> Will become: <font size="10">some text</font> As before converting the tag but this time removing the "px", I don't need to worry about changing the font size. Again this will also need to cope with the size styling, font styling, and a combination of both: <span style="font-size:10px;">some text</span> <span style="color:#000000;">some text</span> <span style="font-size:10px; color:#000000;">some text</span> <span style="color:#000000; font-size:10px;">some text</span> I apprecitate this is a lot to ask, I am hopeless with regular expressions and need to find a way of making these conversions in my code. I feel like I'm missing something obvious here, but I just can't seem to figure it out why I can't get the right data out. Could someone point me in the right direction or show me what I'm doing wrong here? Am I using a model for the wrong thing?

  • Phonegap Android application exiting - but not really - when home button is pressed

    I have created an Phonegap 1.5/Android application. My client reports that, when he leaves the app using the Home button, and then relaunches it using the app icon, the app relaunches from the start instead of resuming. However, when he holds the home button, the app appears in the running apps, and when he accesses the app through this menu, the app resumes in the expected way. I thought this could be linked to the app being automatically closed by the OS due to a lack of memory, but if that was the case the app shouldn't appear in the running apps. I could not reproduce the bug on my Sony Ericsson XPERIA with Android 2.3.4, the client has experienced this behaviour on a Motorola Defy and on another phone (i'll add the reference of the other phone and the OS versions as soon as I get them). The initialization process of the app is declared this way : window.addEventListener('load', function(){ document.addEventListener('deviceready', _onDeviceReady, false); }, false); Could this be fixed by attaching the processes to other events (although I doubt it, the app really seems to be relaunched from the start) ? Is there a declaration to make in the Android Manifest to prevent this behavior ? Is that a known bug in some Android phones/versions ?

  • WPF Moving Element problem

    Hello, I am probably over-doing a very simple problem, but this is what I have a the moment: I have several buttons and a listbox of items in which the user can select and interact with. My application also moves those elements in accordance to the application width/height, such as follows: listBox1.Margin = new Thickness(this.ActualWidth * 0.84, this.ActualHeight * 0.3, 0, 0); I am able to select the items within the listbox and click on buttons appropriately while in windowed mode, but as I begin to stretch the application larger, I try to click on the items, and I cannot do so.. is this because I also need to update their hit-detection rectangles as well? Or perhaps am I moving the items incorrectly? I am at a loss.. any information would be very helpful at this point...thanks!

I know that I can use 2 variables and divide them, but the input is from a single text field. Is this at all possible? I want to do this because I need to calculate the fractions to decimal odds. A bonus question ;) - Is there an easy way to calculate a decimal value to a fraction? Thanks..

  • Calling back a functions value

    I need your help, I cannot, for the life of me, figure this out. I've had my head wrapped around it only to no avail. Ideally, i'd like to setup two functions. 1 function: select_date() to interact with the user to select a date from the jQuery Date picker. If the dialog is closed then return as null. Then a second function: test() to check wether or not a date was picked/selected.'   • Get the checked value of 2 sets of radiobuttons using jQuery

    Im having a weird issue here. Its probably just something stupid but I dont see it. I have two sets of radiobuttons, group1 and group2, and I want to get their values in a function. I have 1 clickevent on all radiobuttons in that div and when I click them I want to display the check-values of both groups. But he only reads the value of the first group. and so it always displays 1-1 2-2 3-3 4-4 instead of possibly 1-2 3-1 etc.... There is a jsfiddle here what am I missing??

    Hello, I am developing an application which has several CRUD actions... I am using Java and i am forced to use Struts framework. My problem is: I have a search page which returns some results.The user can click at a result and then he goes to another edit-page... He may apply changes or not...What i need is a way to return at the result page again and at the same scroll position.Javascript must be enabled for this project however.. I am wondering which is the best practice to achieve this effect... A solution would be to save the last search URL but i know that this wouldnt work if the user has multiple results. I know how to do it but i am lloking for a good practice!

  • View isn't scrolling back down after I dismiss the keyboard

I've set the view to scroll to account for the keyboard but it the view doesn't always return to it's original position after I dismiss the keyboard.   • RoR custom routing/Method/View problem all methods come back as undefined

    I am playing with custom view and routes. I think that I have everything right but obviously not. Essentially I tried to copy the show method and show.html.erb but for some reason it will not work.     I've got a very complex form and i'm using the MVC model binding to capture all the information I've got it set up to capture all the different submissions that can happen as there are about 10 different submit buttons on the form, and there are also 2 image buttons I tried to get a bit clever (or so i thought) with capturing the image button submissions, and have created a child class so that i can capture the x value that's returned public class ImageButtonViewData { public int x { get; set; } public string Value { get; set; } } The parent class looks something like this public class ViewDataObject { public ImageButtonViewData ImageButton { get; set; } public ViewDataObject(){ this.ImageButton = new ImageButton(); } } The html for the image button then looks like <input type="image" id="ViewDataObject_ImageButton" name="ViewDataObject.ImageButton" /> This works fine in all browsers except for Chrome. When i debug it in chrome, the Request.Form object contains the values that i would expect, but after the model binding has occurred, the ImageButton property on the ViewDataObject has been set to null The only difference that i can see between the submission values is that Chrome passes the x as lower case (ViewDataObject.ImageButton.x) and IE passes it as upper case (ViewDataObject.ImageButton.X) but i didn't think that model binding took any notice of casing on property names Does anyone have any ideas ?

    Hi all, i have a set of php function that i want to call on different events mostly onclick with jquery async (ajax). So when that function finishes i get an array which contains IDs and Names. I echo the names but i want the ID for reference so when i click on the echoed name i can call an other php function with parameter the ID of the name... How do i get rid of the switch statement?? How do i call properly php functions and pass params to it??? How can i save this IDs so when i click on an item with that id an other php function is called?? Plz feel free to ask any question, any answer is welcome :)
