    I am new to iphone development.I want to show a form a and store the contents in to a core data database after clicking the submit button.I have created a form.xcdatamodel and class events.h and events.m with reference to the apple docs.In some Sample codes the values are stored statically in the delegate class and they use core data delegate methods. But in my case the form view come after passing 2 views. I want to store the data entered here .How can i achieve it.Please help me out.Thanks.

    Hi, I am a mobile web developer and trying to monetize my traffic with mobile ad services and i have a problem. First of all to get most of out of your ads you usually need to do server side request to advert company's servers and there are quite few ad services. Problem starts when you want to use them in one site. All have different approaches to server side calls and trying to maintain and implement those ad codes becomes pain after a while. So I decided to write a class system where i can simply create methods for every company and upload it to my site. So far i have public Advert class public AdPublisher class with GetAd method that returns an Advert public Adservice class that has Service names as enum I also have converted server request codes of all ad services i use to classes. It works ok but I want to be able to create an ad service class upload it so that asp.net app can import/recognize it automatically like a plugin system. As I am new to .net I have no idea where to start or how to do it. For example I have a main class "index" this class has several methods which need to inherited from other classes and I have created seperate classes for it like class "banner", class "content", class "footer" Not only this but class "content" has several methods to be inherited from other classes like class "gallery", class "news", etc I found out that multiple inheritance is not allowed, and using interface I cannot write codes in its methods, so how can i achieve a solution for this problem.

  • why do you write tests and what is a unit test and how does it differ other types of testing ?

    im curious as to know, why tests are written? why would bother writing it ? why not just compile and run the code or view it in your browser, click around and test out stuff. i mean i can understand, a crawler that checks your web app's functions....but why is tests written, maintained and treated as important as the main feature codes ? is it crucial to always write and use tests ?

    Conside the following code: int main() { signed char a = 10; a += a; // Line 5 a = a + a; return 0; } I am getting this warning at Line 5: d:\codes\operator cast\operator cast\test.cpp(5) : warning C4244: '+=' : conversion from 'int' to 'signed char', possible loss of data Does this mean that += operator makes an implicit cast of the right hand operator to int? P.S: I am using Visual studio 2005

  • JPA and compatibility with persistance providers and databases vendors

    JPA promises to be vendor neutral for persistence and database. But I already know than some persistence frameworks like hibernate are not perfect (character encoding, null comparison) and you need to adapt your schema for each database. Because there is two layers (the persistence framework and database), I would imagine they're some work to use some JPA codes... Does anyone has some experiences with multiple support and if yes, what are the tricks and recommendations to avoid such incompatibilities ?
