    The input to my XSL is an XHTML. After applying the XSL the DOCTYPE declaration that was present in the input XHTML gets lost in the output. Do i have an option to copy/retain the DOCTYPE declaration in the output using XSL. The XSL processor that i am using is SAXON.

  • After rich:extendedDataTable sortby,otheractions are not getting executed

    My requirement is I have several tabs and one of the tabs uses rich:extendedDataTable. If sortby is clicked in the page where table is used and if I navigate to another page, it looks for the bean of the old page and throws an error saying that sortyBy of the column is undefined. For eg if iused sortBy on userId in tab1( where the table column must have had sortBy=#{data.userId}) and then i click on tab2 , it looks for the data.userId and thorws an error. I am using richfaces 3.2.2SR1 version. can you help me on this.

  • Rails: Getting rid of "X is invalid" validation errors

    I have a sign-up form that has nested associations/attributes whatever you want to call them. My Hierarchy is this: class User < ActiveRecord::Base acts_as_authentic belongs_to :user_role, :polymorphic => true end class Customer < ActiveRecord::Base has_one :user, :as => :user_role, :dependent => :destroy accepts_nested_attributes_for :user, :allow_destroy => true validates_associated :user end class Employee < ActiveRecord::Base has_one :user, :as => :user_role, :dependent => :destroy accepts_nested_attributes_for :user, :allow_destroy => true validates_associated :user end I have some validation stuff in these classes as well. My problem is that if I try to create and Customer (or Employee etc) with a blank form I get all of the validation errors I should get plus some Generic ones like "User is invalid" and "Customer is invalid" If I iterate through the errors I get something like: user.login can't be blank User is invalid customer.whatever is blah blah blah...etc customer.some_other_error etc etc Since there is at least one invalid field in the nested User model, an extra "X is invalid" message is added to the list of errors. This gets confusing to my client and so I'm wondering if there is a quick way to do this instead of having to filer through the errors myself.

    I need the latest Subsonic build or build it by my own. Subsonic project web site shows the latest available version is Subsonic v3.0.0.3 released at July 15, 2009. Questions: Are there any later builds - e.g. maintained by community members? If so, how can I get the latest one? In worst case I'm ready to get the latest source code and try to build it by my own. Are there any instructions for this? Please note, that I'm not interested in almost 1 year old builds - I need a build based on the latest code for tests (LINQ, performance), ideally - compiled for .NET 4.0.

    Case: you're developing a site with Zend Framework and need relative links to the folder the webapp is deployed in. I.e. mysite.com/folder online and localhost:8080 under development. The following works nice in controllers regardless of deployed location: $this->_helper->redirector->gotoSimple($action, $controller, $module, $params); And the following inside a viewscript, ie. index.phtml: <a href="<?php echo $this->url(array('controller'=>'index', 'action' => 'index'), null, true); ?>"> But how do I get the correct basepath when linking to images or stylesheets? (in a layout.phtml file, for example): <img src='<?php echo WHAT_TO_TYPE_HERE; ?>images/logo.png' /> and $this->headLink()->appendStylesheet( WHAT_TO_TYPE_HERE . 'css/default.css'); WHAT_TO_TYPE_HERE should be replaced with something that gives <img src="/folder/images/logo.png />` on mysite.com and `<img src="/images/logo.png /> on localhost

    Hi all, I have a table from which i need to get the count grouped on two columns. the table has two columns one datetime column and another one is success value(-1,1,0) What i am looking for is something like this... count of success value for each month month----success-----count 11------- -1 ------- 50 11------- 1 --------- 50 11------- 0 ------- 50 12------- -1 ------- 50 12------- 1 ------- 50 12------- 0 ------- 50 if there is no success value for a month then the count should be null or zero.   • Getting 404 Not Found connecting to webDAV

    I am trying to connect to a secure webDAV folder and download a file. I am having problems just trying to get a response from the server and as it keeps giving me a 404 Not Found error as soon as I call Request.GetResponse(). I can connect to the webDAV folder using Windows Explorer by mapping a drive but cannot seem to do this in code. I have looked at other post on this site and others online but most seem to concentrate on connecting to Outlook. Has anybody else had this issue?     I working with the latest draft of the twitter annotations api. An example bit of data looks like status { annotations : [ {myAnnotationType:{myKey:myValue}}, {someoneElsesAnnotationType:{theirKey:theirValue}}, ] } now i want to check a status to see if it has an annotation with myAnnotationType in it. If annotations was a hash instead of an array I could just write var ann = status.annotations.myAnnotationType.     Before I ask this, do note: I want this for debugging purposes. I know that this is going to be some bad black magic, but I want to use it just during debugging so I could identify my objects more easily. It's like this. I have some object from class A that creates a few B instances as attributes: class A(object): def __init__(self) self.vanilla_b = B() self.chocolate_b = B() class B(object): def __init__(self): # ... What I want is that in B.__init__, it will figure out the "vanilla_b" or whatever attribute name it was given, and then put that as the .name attribute to this specific B. Then in debugging when I see some B object floating around, I could know which one it is. Is there any way to do this?
