• Showing pagination with only single page using will_paginate

  I'm using will_paginate as standard, but it only shows the pagination controls (< 1 2 etc) when there's more than one page to display. Normally, this would be what is wanted, but I want to see the pagination controls (for UI consistency and to get round an annoying CSS quirk in the system I'm working on) even when there's only 1 page to display (showing < 1 ). Is this possible?

  I guess this may be a novice question ( Which I am :) ). While redirecting user to custom error page, for e.g. 404, to tell that page wasn't found, the type of this redirect is 302. <error statusCode="404" redirect="/Utility/Error404.aspx" /> <error statusCode="400" redirect="/Utility/Error404.aspx" /> Is it possible to make this redirect 301 through Web.config?   I want to make a website that will have multiple pages, but because of a unique navigation bar, I cannot simply link to a new file for each page. What is the best way to accomplish this. Some possibilities that I can think of are having all of them on one page, but using css and javascript to move the other pages offscreen, or using iframes and loading them with javascript. Could someone please direct me to some examples or tutorials?
