  • Injecting all registered instances of a type

    I can successfully perform container.ResolveAll<IMyInterface>(), and I get back an Enumerable containing every registered IMyInterface. However, I can't find a way to have these injected into the constructor of my class. I have tried using ResolvedArrayParameter(), but this gives me an empty enumerator. Am I doing something wrong, or could this be a bug in Unity?

    I have a two generic abstract types: Entity and Association. Let's say Entity looks like this: public class Entity<TId> { //... } and Association looks like this: public class Association<TEntity, TEntity2> { //... } How do I constrain Association so they can be of any Entity? I can accomplish it by the following: public class Association<TEntity, TId, TEntity2, TId2> where TEntity : Entity<TId> where TEntity2: Entity<TId2> { //... } This gets very tedious as more types derive from Association, because I have to keep passing down TId and TId2. Is there a simpler way to do this, besides just removing the constraint?

In the front end, when I iterate through the ValidationResults collection and grab a ValidationResult object, I would need to identify and group different types of messages and render them differently. My question is - how do I mark a failure as a warning?

  • ASP.NET TextBox verses input type="text" behavior

    I notice with ASP.NET if the server side control TextBox is used with out autopostback it will not submit (or postback) the form when typed text ends with enter, which is different from the behavior for plain old HTML pages. Fine, I can set autopostback to get the behavior I want after the enter key. However, autopostback will also cause submit (or postback) when the typed text does not end with enter but focus has changed (i.e. with tab or mouse click), which again is different from plain old HTML pages. How can I get an ASP.NET page to behave the same as a plain old HTML page with respect to text input regardless of whether enter key or change of focus occurs?

    I am creating a Spanish application in C# which will help first year students at my high school. I want to create a "custom keyboard" for characters that cannot be easily typed (Á É Í Ó Ú Ñ Ü ¡ ¿ á é í ó ú ñ ü). I was just thinking of making buttons across the bottom of the screen which would add that character to the text field when pressed. I have not be able to find anything of use. Thanks in advance

  • C++ smart pointer for non-object type?

    Hi, I'm trying to use smart pointers such as auto_ptr, shared_ptr. However, I don't know how to use it in this situation. CvMemStorage *storage = cvCreateMemStorage(); ... use the pointer ... cvReleaseMemStorage(&storage); I'm not sure, but I think that the storage variable is just malloc'ed memory, not object. Is there a way to use the smart pointers for the storage variable? Thank you.

    If I have a notebook with three spreadsheet widgets, what is the best way to have changes to the spreadsheet update a dictionary (or maybe an sqlite file?). Do all wx grid objects come with a built in dictionary related to the SetNumberRows and SetNumberCols? All the methods in the service are asynchrounous and compile just fine. public async Task<Boolean> ValidateRegistrationAsync(String strUserName) { try { using (YeagerTechEntities DbContext = new YeagerTechEntities()) { DbContext.Configuration.ProxyCreationEnabled = false; DbContext.Database.Connection.Open(); var reg = await DbContext.aspnet_Users.FirstOrDefaultAsync(f => f.UserName == strUserName); if (reg != null) return true; else return false; } } catch (Exception) { throw; } } My client application was set to access the WCF service with the check box for the "Allow generation of asynchronous operations" and it generated the proxy just fine. I am receiving the above subject error when trying to call this WCF service method from my client with the following code. Mind you, I know what the error message means, but this is my first time trying to call an asynchronous task in a WCF service from a client. Task<Boolean> blnMbrShip = db.ValidateRegistrationAsync(FormsAuthentication.Decrypt(cn.Value).Name); What do I need to do to properly call the method so the design time compile error disappears?   • Movable Type: MTEntries sort_by="title" doesn't really work

    Hello Im trying to sort <MTEntries> by title. I know you can use <MTEntries sort_by="title" sort_order="ascend"> but this modifier some how prioritizes capitalized letters first to the sort. Im not sure if this is a glitch in the system but this modifier should sort by purely the alphabets(caps or no caps) used in the title. Example: I would like to sort these titles alphabetically: APRICOT Aligator ABBEY Apple If <MTEntries sort_by="title" sort_order="ascend"> is used: ABBEY APRICOT Aligator Apple But it really should be (and I want) ABBEY Aligator Apple APRICOT Would someone know how to achive this?

  • Flex 4 how to layout spark controls in an html table type way

    I have a group of controls and I want to organize them in a table like fashion. I want 1 row and 6 columns. Col 1,3,4,5,6 should all auto size to the contents and col 2 should take up the remaining available space. When the size of the group changes, only col2 width should change. I also want to be able to set the alignment of each cell. How can I do this in flex 4? I found a reference to mx:constraintColumns but this seems to be used with the canvas and in flex 4 adobe suggests not using canvases. Is there something similar in flex 4? I'm looking for something along the lines of Grid/Grid.ColumnDefinitions in silverlight.

    I'm starting getting tired of this exception. Can't handle it, even so I'm using this: AppDomain.CurrentDomain.UnhandledException += new UnhandledExceptionEventHandler(CurrentDomain_UnhandledException); Still no success, Can anyone explain me, how I should handle it in a nice way. Or how to detect that it have fired this message and close the application, because I'm starting it automatically everytime it closes.
