    I have two div tags inside a parent div. I want to display the two divs in same line and centered. Below is the html code. <div id="parent"> <div id="addEditBtn" style="display:inline-block; vertical-align: middle; width:20px; cursor:pointer;" class="ui-state-default ui-corner-all"> <span class="ui-icon ui-icon-pencil"></span></div> <div id="deleteBtn" style="display:inline-block; vertical-align: middle; width:20px; cursor:pointer;" class="ui-state-default ui-corner-all"> <span class="ui-icon ui-icon-trash"></span></div> </div> I tried with "display:inline-block; vertical-align: middle;" but its getting aligned left. Please help me out to centered the div tags inside the parent div.

    I have the following that I would like wrapped as units. <div class='tag-box'> <a href=#>Axe Committee</a> <div class='circle'><a href=#>x</a></div> </div> The CSS for these classes are: .tag-box { display:inline; } .circle { display:inline; padding-left:4px; padding-right:4px; background:rgb(196,15,24); /*dark red*/ -moz-border-radius:10px; -webkit-border-radius:10px; } .circle a { font-size:10px; text-decoration:none; color:#fff; position:relative; top:-2px; } I can have upwards of 20 or 30 of these tag-boxes displayed inline. The problem is that the wrapping will break the words from each other or even break the red circle from the link. This makes it hard to differentiate which circle belongs to which link. (In the future, each circle corresponds to a different action with respect to the link.) See below. How do I prevent this kind of wrapping from occurring?

  • CSS - Why is this invisible margin being applied to my <a> tag css-button?

    I was having trouble with two types of buttons. It was a form button and a css button basically. And I was advised that the css button whould use display:inline-block; This made the whole a href tag actually look like a button. But this invisible margin seems to be screwing up something. I tried separating them into separate css classes, but oddly, applying a real margin to the css button gives an additional margin as well. What's causing this?     Added the for the facebook badge to the site and now it's thrown my placement for the footer off .. it's working fine in Chrome, but IE, FFox and Opera all experiencing problems... I have a td which I need to add other three elements inside (span,div,p, or any other suggestion) in order to align the three elements inside one next to each other (the content of this elements is text). If all the elements contains a single line of text, then everything its fine. The problem comes when the first to are single line of text and third element contains more than one line of text, then text of third element it would go under first element, but I need it to go under third element. eg.     What is wrong with regex pattern that I created: $link_image_pattern = '/\<a\shref="([^"]*)"\>\<img\s.+\><\/a\>/'; preg_match_all($link_image_pattern, $str, $link_images); What I'm trying to do is to match all the links which has images inside of them.   • Speed up UIPageViewController

    I have a UIPageViewController with several pages. Each page is the same view controller, but the page number is kept track of and the correct page of a PDF is shown. The problem is that each PDF page needs to be loaded and drawn before the curl effect works (you slide your finger across the screen and nothing happens until loaded). Any ideas on how to speed this up or preload the next page? Thanks for your help.

    How can I specify the content type of an attachment when sending emails using sp_send_dbmail? The content type is specified as application/octet-stream for Zip, PDF files. But I need to change it to application/zip, application/pdf. The "file_attachments" parameter takes absolute paths of the attachments. Can not find a place to specify content type. I am using SQL Server 2005/2008 Please help. Thanks

  • How to use POWERSHELL to set MimeTypes in an IIS6 website?

    I want to be able to replicate this adsutil.vbs behaviour in powershell: cscript adsutil.vbs set W3SVC/$(ProjectWebSiteIdentifier)/MimeMap ".pdf,application/pdf" and I've gotten as far as getting the website object: $website = gwmi -namespace "root\MicrosoftIISv2" -class "IISWebServerSetting" -filter "ServerComment like '%$name%'" if (!($website -eq $NULL)) { #add some mimetype } and listing out the MimeMap collection: ([adsi]"IIS://localhost/MimeMap").MimeMap Anyone know how to fill in the blanks so that I can add mimetypes to an exiting IIS6 website???
