    After running Update Manager, a debconf window (titled "Configuring grub-pc"), popped up, requiring me to select the appropriateGRUB install devices for my system. I've made no changes to grub or the filesystem recently, and I don't remember what options I selected last time I did make a change. How do I know what to select? But when I try to load the form with already assigned values to the Countries[ ] it does not get selected.

    I'm on the verge of starting a new web application that is likely to have need for both standard, simple dropdowns as well as more feature-rich autocomplete controls for longer lists of values, better type ahead behavior, etc. I'm planning on using the jQuery UI Autocomplete widget along with some combobox behavior as detailed here: http://jqueryui.com/demos/autocomplete/#combobox My concern is that "out of the box" the Autocomplete widget looks very different than a standard control. Since is not easy to skin/style, I'm hoping to adjust the Autocomplete to look & feel as close to the as possible, except in the cases where the increased functionality justifies a different L&F. What is the best way to go about reskinning the Autocomplete to look more like a ? Has this already been done somewhere? Should I use jQuery UI theming? Other options?

    I have an iphone database app that loads a UIPickerView with data from a table. I want to set the selected row to a particular row from the data in another table. for example: Lets say I have a UIPickerView that is loaded with X number of names of the iPhone users friends (the number of names is variable, could be 1 or 1000 and all are entered into the DB by the user). The iPhone user has a preference set that their current best friend is TED. I want the UIPickerView to be position to TED when displayed. Where do I call selectRow? I tried in viewDidAppear but it was never called, in titleForRow which caused all kinds of strange behavior. viewDidLoad and viewWillAppear are out of the question because I don't know what's in the datasource to the picker yet.     I am trying to use a filter to map requests. I am trying to do this for two reasons, firstly to dynamically generate URI's and have them mapped to the appropriate servlet and secondly to catch URI's which are not registered and handle them appropriately. So I'm using a catch-all filter to process the URI and determine the response. I would like some way of modifying the filter chain, or some way to set the servlet which responds to the request from within the filter. I have been unsuccessful using filterConfig.getServletContext().getRequestDispatcher().forward() to send to jsp, ideally though I would like to map to a servlet but can't figure out how. The reason I am not doing this from within a servlet is that I have some URIs which are fixed within web.xml and if I use a catch-all servlet those URIs do not get mapped. Is this possible, is it clean or it going to get really messy?

When I do a NSLog of the array it prints out 20 objects with the parsed content that I needed.     What I am trying to achieve is to extract all links with a href attribute that starts with http://, https:// or /. These links lie within a table (tbody tr td etc) with a certain class. I thought I could specify just the the a element without the whole path to it but it does not seem to work. I get a NullReferenceException at the line that selects the links: var table = doc.DocumentNode.SelectSingleNode("//table[@class='containerTable']"); if (table != null) { foreach (HtmlNode item in table.SelectNodes("a[starts-with(@href, 'https://')]")) { //not working I don't know about any recommendations or best practices when it comes to XPath. Do I create overhead when I query the document two times?

    I have the following (greatly simplified) table structure: Order: order_number = CharField order_invoice_number = CharField order_invoice_value = CharField An invoice number can be identical on more than one order (order O1 has invoice number I1, order O2 has invoice number I1, etc.). All the orders with the same invoice number have the same invoice value. For example: Order no. Invoice no. Value O1 I1 200 O2 I1 200 O3 I1 200 04 I2 50 05 I2 100 What I am trying to do is do a sum over all the invoice values, but don't add the invoices with the same number more than once. The sum for the above items would be: 200+50+100. I tried doing this using s = orders.values('order_invoice_id').annotate(total=Sum('order_invoice_value')).order_by() and s = orders.values('order_invoice_id').order_by().annotate(total=Sum('order_invoice_value')) but I didn't get the desired result. I tried a few different solutions from similar questions around here but I couldn't get the desired result. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong and what I actually should do to get a sum that uses each invoice value just once.

    I am using the editArea library and jquery to do what i need... http://www.cdolivet.com/index.php?page=editArea&sess=2b8243f679e0d472397bfa959e1d3841 so in my html there is an iframe tag that editArea uses what i need is to access something like so with jquery $('iframe textarea').keydown(function (e){ number = 17; //any number really :) if(e.which == number){ //do something... alert('Done...'); } }); I tried the above but it looks like it is not detecting that key. but it works if selector was $(document) therefore the rest of the function works it's just it's not picking up the iframes textarea keydown any ideas?
