  • Jquery Modal Dialog disables form elements

    Hi, When I set my jQuery dialog to model=true, it disables my form elements inside the dialog and I cannot use them, only the buttons. I have seen examples where the contents of the dialog is declared in the dialog initiation script and then injected. but that is just to bulky for me, I want to be able to create my markup inside the DIV which I turn into a dialog. Anyone got a solution for me?

  • Richfaces modal panel and a4j:keepAlive

    Hello! I've got unexpected problems with richfaces (3.3.2) modal panel. When i try to open it, browser opens two panels instead of one: one is in the center, another is in the upper left corner. Besides, no fading happens. Also i have three modes: view, edit, new - and when i open my panel it should show either "Create new..." or "Edit..." in the header and actually it shows but not in the header as the latter isn't rendered at all though it should, because i set proper mode in action before opening this modal panel. Besides it works fine on all other pages i've made and there are tens of such pages in my application. I can't understand what's wrong here. The only way to fix it is to remove <a4j:keepAlive/> from the page that is very strange, imho. I'm not sure if code will be usefull here as it works fine everywhere in my application but this only case. So if you put it on your page it will probably work without problems. My only question is: are there any hidden or rare problems in interaction of these two elements (<rich:modalPanel> and <a4j:keepAlive>)? Or shall i spent another two or three days searching for some wrong comma, parenthesis or whatever in my code? :) For most curious.     As you can see in my jsFiddle example, I have a diagram that uses jQuery Map Highlight plugin to allow users to click to different parts of the diagram and see the corresponding text to the left. Right now, the only way to interact with the diagram is by clicking on it. I'd like to give users the ability to hit previous and next buttons to control it as well.     Hi there, does anyone know if its possible to restyle a window in wpf. Or even better any tutorials or samples? Basically i would like to change the minimize and maximize buttons - oh and the close button to be slightly bigger.... I have expression blend.... Is this possible? I saw some samples in infragistics sample apps which have some great looking forms and as far as i can tell it doesn't use any custom wpf controls... Any ideas really appreciated

    Hi, I'm trying to create an infinite scroll component. I'm using this site as a tutorial, but it seems that I can only get the infinite scroll on one way, because when I add elements to the leftmost side, the scrollLeft property auto-adjusts thus the page gets a quirky scroll, jumping instead of making a smooth movement. Is there any way of achieving infinite scroll both-ways? I don't plan to use scrolling buttons, just mouse drag for moving the scroll view.
