  • Filtering a dataframe in row names from a column value in R

    Basically I have dataframe with two columns (target_id and fpkm). I want to keep only those row names in first column that are not duplicated.   • IBM WESB/WAS JCA security configuration

    I'm working with IBM tools. I have a Websphere ESB (WESB) and a CICS transaction gateway (CTG). The basic set-up is as follows: A SOAP service needs data from CICS. The SOAP-service is connecting to service bus (WESB) to handle data and protocol transformation and then WESB calls the CTG which in turn calls CICS and the reply is handled vice verse (synchronously). WESB calls the CTG using Resource Adapter and JCA connector (or CICS adapter as it is called in WESB). Now, I have all the pieces in place and working. My question is about the security, and even though I'm working with WESB, the answer is probably the same as in Websphere Application Server (WAS). The Resource Adaper is secured using JAAS - J2C authentication data. I have configured the security using J2C authentication data entry, so basically I have a reference in the application I'm running and at runtime the application does a lookup for the security attributes from the server. So basically I'm always accessing the CICS adapter with the same security reference. My problem is that I need to access the resource in more dynamic way in the future. The security cannot be welded into the application anymore but instead given as a parameter. Could some WESB or WAS guru help me out, how this could be done in WESB/WAS exactly?

  • Ensure Oracle row represents a unique timespan

    I have to make a process in Oracle/PLSQL. I have to verify that the interval of time between start_date and end_date from a new row that I create must not intersect other start_dates and end_dates from other rows. Now I need to check each row for that condition and if it doesn't correspond the repetitive instruction should stop and after that to display a message such as "The interval of time given is not correct". I don't know how to make repetitive instructions in Oracle/PLSQL and I would appreciate if you would help me.

    I want to extend the DataGrid component so that there is a (read-only) column for the row number like you see in spreadsheets. I came across this article http://www.cflex.net/showFileDetails.cfm?ObjectID=735 but it depends on the data being unique for each row so that it can index into the array. If the data is not unique (like for an empty grid) it doesn't work. How can I implement that?

    I am converting reports from version 2 to version 3. When I select the vertical table in the report, the propeties box appears but any changes I make is not reflected in the table. If I change any attributes at the column or cell level however, the changes are taken. The problem is that some attributes like alternate row coloring are not available at the column level.

    How to I get my security policy working? My parent swf parses an XML doc and loads 2 children. It throws a 2148 security error, and only works in the Flash IDE. PARENT SWF flash.system.Security.loadPolicyFile("crossdomain.xml"); I've referenced my security file from my swf. I Also published my parent swf as 'network only' and put all the crossdomain.xml and everything else in the same folder. I need to click on the animations and have them place from a local computer at a kiosk. Any suggestions?   • easy way to get the top level domain?

    Hi, i want to get the domain extention (at least i hope it is called this way) from the site name the user is currently on. so from www.bbc.co.uk it's co.uk and www.google.com = .com http://stackoverflow.com/questions/ask = .com etc. especially the ones with the double name (like co.uk) gives me headaches.... EDIT as i understand from the comments, co.uk is not a top level domain? that makes life easier! EDIT new name (top level domain) in the title

    The function below checks whether the id entered is already in the database, and if it is, then it adds some html to the table. I'm not sure if it's directly related to my issue or not, but, essentially, a user will place the focus on the id input field and enters an id. Using ajax, it posts to a php script and returns data if rows are found and nothing if it doesn't. If the user then tabs over to the next input field (zipcode), or clicks in another input field, they essentially have to do so twice. The cursor "flashes" in the field briefly and then focuses out. I tried adding in a focus(), but the behavior didn't change.     Hello, I have a ejb module which contains my ejbs as well as web services. I am using Netbeans 6.8 and Glassfish V3 I right clicked on my web service and clicked "edit web service attributes" and then checked "secure service" and then selected keystore of my server. SEC1201: Login failed for user: test What am i doing wrong? Am i missing something?

These members are not returned in the structure returned by other security functions such as GetNamedSecurityInfo..." "Some members..." Which members? Why? "Other Security functions such as..."     Hey all, i use some code for inline cell editing from Apples TaggedLocations Example and im now stuck. At the demo Code they save the changes at textFieldDidEndEditing, this works because they asume to edit only the first element in a table view. I have to edit every row at the table view, so my problem is how to get indexPath.row to update the correct object stored in a mutableArray. Or did i miss something? Thanks for your help!
