    In-process HSQLDB database are not expected to be opened by others, even for file-based storage. The documentation hints that this is possible: Server Modes, Advanced Topics, but I've not yet found a URL for how to activate this behaviour. Did anyone do this so they can share how to?

  • Configuration file for PHP server script

    Right now I have a very high volume of requests coming to my webserver which execute a PHP CGI script. Every one of these scripts opens up a config file that I have created to load options of how the script should run. Doing a file I/O operation everytime a request comes in seems very resource intensive to me. I'm not too familiar with the advanced features of PHP, are there any alternatives to achieve what I'm doing?

    This is my JavaScript code I use to create my cookie............ document.cookie = "Name=" + Name + ";expires=Friday, 31-Dec-2011 12:00:00 GMT; path/"; I create it in www.example.com/folder/file.html and it works. But I cant read the cookie from www.example.com/index.html or www.example.com/folder2/file2.html. What is wrong with my code? Thanks in advanced

I sell it in ranges of licenses: 1-10 : $50/user 11-20 : $40/user 21-30 : $30/user 31-50 : $20/user So when someone purchases 136 licenses, I will charge him: 100 X $20 = $2000 30 X $30 = $900 6 X $50 = $300 How can I do this in plain C# or LINQ? The plugin adds the following menu: I want to remove several items from this menu and I would also like to add some button from it to a toolbar.   • Why is my site displaying differently In Firefox than in Safari?

    I manage a website called ShareDen.com (http://shareden.com/home) and it looks the right way in Mozilla Firefox and it's totally completely discombobulated in Safari. I Haven't tested it in other broswer's (still in process) however my guess is it looks horrible in IE 8. Could it be because I just added the CSS Sticky Footer to my site?     Hi, I am trying to merge 2 commits into 1. So I follow this: http://www.gitready.com/advanced/2009/02/10/squashing-commits-with-rebase.html I did $ git rebase --interactive HEAD~2 It opens an editor I change 'pick' to 'squash' Save the editor But i get 'Cannot 'squash' without a previous commit' so what can I do to recover? When I do ' git rebase --interactive HEAD~2 Interactive rebase already started' When I do '$ git rebase --continue Cannot 'squash' without a previous commit' Thank you.
