  • Can't Mount Databases in the Recovery Storage Group in Exchange 2003

    After restoring some mail stores, mounting them in the recovery storage group errors out. So far a repair with eseutil (which the log says was successful) and a server reboot has been tried. A defrag is currently running on the mail store I need to go through this again to post the exact error codes, so I will be updating this question. But I thought someone who does this a lot might have a "More times than not..." answer in the meantime.

I'm using Google Chrome and looks like it must be done by some sort of download manager. If this can be achieved with Chrome alone, how to do it? If not, what the best program for this task?

  • Alfred - Open group of files with specific apps

    I'm trying to create a way of opening a set of project files in multiple apps, using Alfred. I know about the File Group extension in the powerpack (I have this), but as far as I can see, there's a limitation in that it only opens the files with the default app. My usage case is this: Open a .html file with Chrome Open the same .html file with MacVim Anyone know a way around this? Maybe an applescript is more what I'd need?

  • Can't re-open "Group My Tabs" page after killing Firefox

    Due to memory problems I closed Firefox whilst the Group My Tabs (Ctrl+e) feature was displaying the multiple tab groups. After 20 minutes the process still hadn't finished so killall firefoxed it. When I restart Firefox, there is a Javascript process called tabview.js that hangs unless I click Stop at the warning screen. If I do hit Stop then I can no longer open the tabview, so I can't get to any of the tabs except in the subgroup I was last looking at. Any suggestions?

Just like uid, if i couol add gid as well. Is it possible

    If you've added a poorly written webpart to your 'default.aspx' page, the consequence of this action will be that you won't be able to load the page anymore... Don't be sad, there is still a way to remove the webpart from the page :) (Yes, even removing the webpart from the webpart gallery would not solve this issue).Steps to fix this:1. Append the following query string to your URL: ?Contents=1.Once you've added Contents=1 as a query string to the webpart page's URL it will display the Webpart Maintenance Page. Example: http://mysharepointserver/default.aspx?contents=12. On that page you can now see the webparts added to the page, delete the problematic webpart.Now try reloading the default.aspx page... Tadaaa!!! you can view your page again :)3. Leave a thank you note @ comments section :)

I want that all the files created under /home/ directory has group write permission by default. I don't want specific folder or specific user but for all users folder inside /home directory Is it ok to do , or there is any other solution for that

In discussing functionality with a client today, the topic of Site Directory came up and the comment of “well, we use it but it is too bad it is not available in 2010” was made … and huge sense of huh?!? came to me.     I have a web server (Ubuntu 12.04 LTS if needed) multiple people use with Apache, PHP5, and MySQL installed. All users have access to SSH. All users home directory's are /home/USER I was wondering: What usergroup should users be in; or should they have their own usergroups()? What user and group should Apache run under? What file permissions should the users /home/USER/public_html and /home/USER directory's be, as well as subsequent files (including such PHP files w/ sensitive information such as DB passwords) Thanks :)
