  with in do transaction, i defined a label and in this label i am accessing a table with exclusive-lock.and at the end of label i have done all the changes in that table. bt now i am with in transaction block. Now, i tried to access that same table in another session.then it show an error, Table used by another user. So is it possible that, can we release teh table with in transaction,so another user can access it. • Problem with keyPress in Mozilla

  I am usingtextarea to get some inputs. A label shows the updated chars left. It works fine in IE, but in FF 3.0, after reaching the max limit, it doesn't allow to delete or backspace key. • PHP, MySQL, jQuery, AJAX: json data returns correct response but frontend returns error

  Hi all, I have a user registration form. I am doing server side validation on the fly via AJAX. The quick summary of my problem is that upon validating 2 fields, I get error for the second field validation. If I comment first field, then the 2nd field does not show any error. It has this weird behavior. With my limited knowledge of Firebug, however, I did find out that the following were the responses when I entered email and confirm_email in the fields: RESPONSE 1: {"success":"y","msg_email":"Email available"} RESPONSE 2: {"success":"y","msg_email":"Email available"}{"success":"n","msg_confirm_email":"Email and Confirm Email do NOT match."} Although the RESPONSE 2 shows that we are receiving the correct message via msg_confirm_email, in the front end, the alert 'Some error' is popping up (I have enabled the alert for debugging). I have spent 48 hours trying to change every part of the code wherever possible, but with only little success. What is weird about this is that if I comment the validation for $_POST['email'] field completely, then the validation for $_POST['confirm_email'] field is displaying correctly without any errors. If I enable it back, it is validating email field correctly, but when it reaches the point of validating confirm_email field, it is again showing me the error. I have also tried renaming success variable in check_ajax2.php page to other different names for both $_POST['email'] and $_POST['confirm_email'] but no success. I will be adding more fields in the form and validating within the check_ajax2.php page. So I am not planning on using different ajax pages for validating each of those fields (and I don't think it's smart to do it that way). I am not a jquery or AJAX guru, so all help in resolving this issue is highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

  As part of my web project ,I have designed a div tag like a window form as Shown in the figure.I just want to fill details in the textbox when the user clicks the edit label.The div is Invisible at first time. when the user clicks on edit label ,the form-div get fadein(visible). During this time an event should fired in the code behind. But I am not getting any events in the code behind like visisbility changed or some thing like that. Where can i get this event. Simply i want to display appropriate company name in the textbox in the div , when the user clicks the edit label in each row.

• Can I use foreach to return only a certain type from a collection?

  If I enter the code below, I get an error. Basically, the foreach will break when it comes across a Control that isn't a label. foreach (Label currControl in this.Controls()) { ... } I have to do something like this. foreach (Control currControl in this.Controls()) { if(typeof(Label).Equals(currControl.GetType())){ ... } } can anyone think of a better way of doing it without me needing to check the type? Can I somehow get foreach to skip the objects that aren't Labels?

  I'm trying to create an vocabulary study application using Obj-C and the Cocoa frameworks. I have about two week's experience in both areas and have reached an edge of my current knowledge. Here's where I'm stuck. When I press a checkbox, a corresponding plist is loaded into memory as an NSDictionary. I want to generate a "Label: Textfield" pair for each key:value pair, where the Label is the key. When the text typed into the Textfield matches the key's value, I want the Label's text to turn green. So how would I generate this grid, and once generated, how would I make the text green upon correct input? Thanks!

• Show ContextMenuStrip from ToolStripDropDown without dismissing ToolStripDropDown

  I have a ToolStrip. In my ToolStrip I have a ToolStripDropDownButton. My ToolStripDropDownButton has a DropDown of type ToolStripDropDown that contains a ToolStripControlHost which contains a Label. I have assigned a ContextMenuStrip to my Label. When I show the DropDown and right-click on the label, the ContextMenuStrip displays correctly, but the original DropDown is dismissed. I can understand the existence of underlying code to prevent the display of two "ToolStripItems" at the same time and I'm assuming that's what I'm running in to here. Anybody know of a way around it?

So I have to draw a red point over a image and update the point position every time the variable that contains the coordinate is updated.   Hi all I am using list component in flex & using custom itemRenderer i.e I have made a component named frameRenrer(there are two controls ImageControl and label control) where I set the image source and label text on creationComplete event.And I providing the data using dataProvider function in List component.But actually problem is that when I scroll this list only 4 items are displayed repeatedly and to check it I make a function on mouseOver of image control in this I am using Alert.show(data.label); then it shows the correct data but it is not displayed in the list.In data provider I am using ArrayCollection. What is the problem anyone????

  updates: I think/ suspect the imageIO is not thread safe. shared by all threads. the read() call might use resources that are also shared. Thus it will give the performance of a single thread no matter how many threads used. ? if its correct . what is the solution (in practical code) Single request and response model at one time do not utilizes full network/internet bandwidth, thus resulting in low performance. (benchmark is of half speed utilization or even lower) This is to make a video out of an IP cam that gives a new image on each request. http://149.5.43.10:8001/snapshot.jpg It makes a delay of 3 - 8 seconds no matter what I do. Changed thread no. and thread time intervals, debugged the code by System.out.println statements to see if threads work. All seems normal. Any help? Please show some practical code. You may modify mine. Stuff Im suspecting: Should i be using jsonp instead of json? Im new to this. Is there a problem with my php file? Perhaps I need to include some more javascript files in my html file? I assume this is a very simple problem so please help me out! I think there is just some conceptual error, as i have only just started with jquery, ajax, and json. Thank you.

• Drupal 6 devel module dd() function not writing to drupal_debug.txt file

  I am running a local development Drupal site on a Windows machine. I am trying to use the dd($data, $label = NULL) function from the devel module to help debug. Using this function, should write debug info to a drupal_debug.txt file in the /tmp folder on the machine where the Drupal site is hosted. On my Windows machine, although I am using this function, the drupal_debug.txt file is not getting created anywhere, leading me to believe I am using the function incorrectly. Here is a snippet of how I am using it, <?php $test = "this is my test"; dd($test, $label = NULL); I am looking for an example of the correct syntax for the dd($data, $label = NULL) function. I have the Devel module enabled.
