    Is it good for user experience to duplicate browser/keyboard functionality? For example: to provide these links on a web-page. "Back to top" link "Print this page" link "Add to Favorite" link "Back" button/link "Text zoom" button Are they really create Site's usability and accessibility? How screen reader will behave these links, will these confuse to screen reader users?

    I have a contact page on my site that seems to have been latched on to by a spammer. The error itself is: System.IO.EndOfStreamException: Unable to read beyond the end of the stream. at System.IO.BinaryReader.ReadByte() at System.Web.UI.ObjectStateFormatter.DeserializeIndexedString(SerializerBinaryReader reader, Byte token) at System.Web.UI.ObjectStateFormatter.DeserializeValue(SerializerBinaryReader reader) Google turns up little. I assume they are submitting an invalid viewstate, but the exception has no line number so im stumped.

    This is my code for downloading html to parse: HttpWebResponse response = (HttpWebResponse)req.GetResponse(); var obj = response.GetResponseStream(); StreamReader reader = new StreamReader(obj); tmp = reader.ReadToEnd(); (tmp is a string) and when writing it to a text file to look through, I'm noticing that responseStream is stripping out the very text that I'm actually looking to parse. Is there any other way to download raw HTML for future parsing or am I simply out of luck?

    I want to read the html file.And for that I use System.IO.File.ReadAllText(path).It can read all the html file but there is one file which is not read through this function. I have also used using (StreamReader reader = File.OpenText(fileName)) { text = reader.ReadToEnd(); But still there is same problem. What is the reason can be there ? And for that what can be the solution ? Or any other way to read the file ?

  • Wireless on Medion MD96500 (Intel® PRO/Wireless 2200BG) running Windows 7

    I just installed Windows 7 (32 bit) on a Medion MD96500 (Intel 2200BG Wireless Card) and then installed the Windows Vista (32 bit) driver. Now, in the "device driver window", the Wireless Card is listed as working/active. If I want to set up a wireless connection, however, I always get the error message "No connections available". Pushing the hardware-switch (or however that thing is called, right next to the keyboard) does not seem to have any effect.

Any domain account that logs on to my 2008 machine gets a +- 20 second waiting time on "user profile service" I am using roaming profiles, they are around 8mb in size, and most folders are already redirected to a network share. event log registers no errors, there is more than 1 network card installed, but I have the correct card listed as "primary" Is there any way to increase verbosity of logging on specifically the "user profile service" ?     I have Windows 7 x64 and a Nvidia Geforce 9400GT video card. I have connected my TV (SANSUI LCT40SD SAKURA) to my computer/video card with S-Video. When I try to set up multiple displays in Nvidia Control Panel, I can't find the TV. I have only my normal screen "LG W1934" which is enabled. How can I fix it? Thank you.

    I'm using a Gigabyte GN-WPKG card on Windows 7 64-bit and was thinking it would be good to turn it into a wireless AP (I have a wired internet connection). Connectify, which would normally be the solution, says it's not compatible. There are instructions for setting up an AP, but they seem to be for 32-bit. I found the equivalent drivers for 7 and they don't seem to do anything. Is there no SoftAP for Vista and later on a Gigabyte card?

    I have just purchased a Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD7 motherboard, and it has dual Realtek RTL8111D gigabit LAN ports. I also have an Intel PRO/1000 MT PCI gigabit network card lying around from an old desktop. I've heard that Intel PCI-E network cards will often outperform Realtek, Marvell, or other non-Intel on-board network adapters, but my question is will the PRO/1000 MT PCI card outperform a single Realtek RTL8111D gigabit network adapter in terms of transfer speed, or should I keep what I have/buy a PCI-E Intel network adapter?

    I have a Netgear WG311 v2 wireless card. It was working fine on vista. Now I have installed Windows 7 and the device is not identified. Device Manager shows it as an Ethernet card. When I update the driver using the list provided with the Windows distribution. It shows it under Wireless devices in Device Manager but it says device cannot start code 10. Any idea on how to install it.

  • Idling CPU at 65C, re-place or re-paste?

    Replaced Graphics card because screen would go black at a certain temp while gaming, but sound would stay on (but locked up). Then with replacement card whole PC shuts off during gaming now because the CPU is overheating. Note: CPU is only supposed to go up to 71C max according to manufacturer and it goes well over upon load. System Temp: 30C TL;DR: Idling CPU at 65C, started to shut down due to overheating, re-place (CPU, or CPU and Motherboard) or re-paste?
