  We are having trouble adding our batch scripts to the new Windows 7 taskar. Our batchfiles take some arguments and just execute other application based on those arguments . To keep it simple, we created some shortcuts for our customers which they just need to click in order to get everything running. The question here is: How can we pin those shortcuts or batch files to the taskbar? (The customers aren't supposed to access the file system and that's why they can only see the taskbar)

  I run Linux, and am used to selecting text with the mouse to copy and pressing shift-Ins to paste. This seems to work in every app besides Firefox. Firefox has its own separate clipboard, where Ctrl-C copies and Ctrl-V pastes. Is there a keystroke or configuration change I can do to make Firefox paste from the Unix clipboard?

The issue is if I switch the focus from UITextView to UIWebView, the keyboard window flicker(hides and then shows). ie, I got UIKeyboardWillHideNotification and UIKeyboardDidShowNotification But, this is not happening when I switch the other way. ies, I got only UIKeyboardDidShowNotification Is there any way to avoid this flickering effect?   in vs2008, Tools, Macros, Record TemporaryMacro keyboard shortcut toggle is Ctrl+Shift+R; Run TemporaryMacro keyboard shorcut is Ctrl+Shift+P for playback. I've used them before, but they've stopped working. If I open Tools, Options, Keyboard, then navigate to a command like Tools.Run that has no assigned keyboard shortcut, I can experiment by pretending to assign a keyboard shorcut: I simply click inside the "Press shortcut keys:" textbox and try different keystroke combinations. Examples: Ctrl+p: currently assigned to File.Print Ctrl+r: currently assigned to various uses Ctrl+Shift+Q: available Ctrl+Shift+B: currently assigned to Build.BuildSolution BUT vs2008 will not even allow me to type either of Ctrl+Shift+P or Ctrl+Shift+R in the "Press shortcut keys:" textbox. When I type those combinations, nothing appears in the "Press shortcut keys:" textbox. Please note: I can record and playback a temporary macro by using the menu commands, however, the mouse is like a turtle when compared to the keyboard. The symlink works but I'd like to combine it with a RewriteRule, and I'm having problems with that. For instance I create the symlink with: ln -s /home/target shortcut And I add the following RewriteRule to .htaccess: RewriteRule ^shortcut/([a-zA-Z0-9_-]+) shortcut/index.php?var=$1 This however fails. Yet if instead of being located in an external folder, the target folder is in the same folder as the shortcut address, then the RewriteRule will work. i.e. it works if the symlink is: ln -s ./target shortcut How might I get the RewriteRule working for the case where the target folder is an external folder?

  I get a blue screen of death in my windows 98 machine every time I boot it. I can't reach to my desktop.
