    Whenever I try to open a project (csproj) that's downloaded from the internet, most of the times, I get the "The project type is not supported by this installation" It appears that my Visual Studio installation is not corrupted (I can pretty much do everything with it other than open these csproj files) What may be causing this?

I dont have access to the provider environment so I cannot use any config files (Cxf.xml, cxfservlet.xml etc..).     I am looking for an encrypted version control system . Basically I would like to -have all files encrypted locally before sending to the server. the server should never receive any file or data unencrypted. -Every other feature should work pretty much the same way as SVN or CVS does today. Can anyone recommend something like this? I did a lot of searches but I cant find anything.

    I'm thinking about writing a small application that will help me mass rename files. I currently use an application named 'RegexRenamer', which (I'm assuming) uses the .NET regex engine. The application is fine, but is sort of clunky. So what I'm looking for is a C/C++ regex library that I can build my custom program off of. Anything that is small and lightweight is preferred (.Net seems heavy). Thanks.

  • I am getting the erorr when I try to debug.

    I am receiving the error noted below. I have built/rebuilt the files sevaral time. I have alson renamed the file the file in the *.exe The NetworkAssociation.exe file is in the debug folder. Any help would be wonderful Visual Studio cannot start debugging because the debub target 'c:\NetworkAssociation\NetworkAssociation\Bin\Debug\NetworkAssociation.exe' is missing. Please build the project and retry, or set the OutputPath and AssemblyName properties appropriately to point at the correct location.

It seems that a cleup and marking the conflict resolved always works, but it's a little concerning to see errors in your version control system when you're just adding/updating/deleting files.     I have a list of files that look like this: Input /foo/bar/baz/d4dc7c496100e8ce0166e84699b4e267fe652faeb070db18c76669d1c6f69f92.mp4 /foo/baz/bar/60d24a24f19a6b6c1c4734e0f288720c9ce429bc41c2620d32e01e934bfcd344.mp4 /bar/baz/foo/cd53fe086717a9f6fecb1d0567f6d76e93c48d7790c55e83e83dd1c43251e40e.mp4 And I would like to split out the filenames from the path while retaining both.     I'm using glob function for a autocompletion function. I'm showing you the problem because it's difficult to explain: matched = ~/.tcsh glob(matched, 0, NULL, &pglob); glob put all matched files in a char ** and when I print it I have: case[0] = .tcshrc case[1] = I should have .tcshrc~ in case[1], but nothing =S, I've seen a flag "GLOB_TILDE" like this " glob(matched, GLOB_TILDE, NULL, &pglob); But it doesn't change anything! Can someone help me?
