How to access application setting through markup using expression?

In a repeater control I've Eval binding as: <%#Eval("PubDate", "{0:dd-MMM-yyyy}")%> But date time format needs to be configurable from the web.config. I want to access datetime format from web.config in markup like: <%#Eval("PubDate", "{0:<%$ AppSettings: DateTimeFormat %>}")%> But is is not working... Any suggesions?

I'm getting datetime in JSON format as - "\/Date(1261413600000+0530)\/" From code behind, I'm using DataContractJsonSerializer.ReadObject method to deserialize data. Converted data time is not correct. How to parse correct JSON date time from code behind?

ASP.NET + QueryString Encoding Problem

I'm passing query string parameter to .aspx page with 'Ñ' character in value. But Request.QueryString returns some other box '[]' character in return. I think this request encoding issue. and I do not want to use that HttpUtility.UrlDecode and HttpUtility.UrlEncode methods. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Please help !!!
