Can't solve DNS problem on windows XP machine

I have a machine that can't access the server. I tried pinging the using the ip address of the server and it work great. But when I use the name to ping the server it gives a timeout. My nslookup cannot resolve the DNS servers but others in my company can. I am wondering is there something that can cause these behavior. I can access the internet though with their names. I am runiing on a xp SP2

problem with VS 2005

I have a program I converted from vs 2003 to vs 2005 . It has worked fine so far until I changed one of the Dlls. Funny enough I had just One error . Maximum Number of errrors Exceeded and No other indication of other Error. Please I have been trying to fix these for like 2 days now.

parser error in aspx page(.net 2.0) after converting from website to web application

I have a website I recently converted from website to web application Project . When I compile It compiles Successfuly but when I run the code I get this error Parser Error Message: Could not load type 'DApplause.Logon'. I am currently running with the internal web server of VS 2005 sp1. I have the Sain.dll in my bin folder cuase the assembly name use is sain and Root Namespace is DApplause . Please I need urgent help.
