• Tracking the popularity of a package over time?

  Is there any software or website that allows the user to view a graph of how popular a particular package is? The popcon.ubuntu.com site has raw information on how many people (who have installed popularity-contest) have installed a particular package, but it would be interesting to see how a package's popularity changes over time. I remember using a website that graphed this, but I don't know if it still exist.

• Why is the sudden increase in number of Git submitters on Debian popcon graph in 2010-01?

  Almost every article I've read 1 comparing Git and Mercurial it seems like Mercurial has a better command line UX with each command being limited to one idea only (unlike say git checkout). But at some point Git suddenly became looking super popular and number of Git submitters on Debian popcon graph (see graph image below) literally exploded. Source: Debian What happened in 2010-01 that things suddenly changed. Looks like GitHub was founded earlier than that - 2008.

• Recommendations for a POP3 Connector for Exchange 2007

  I am upgrading to Exchange Server 2007, and realise that Microsoft does not ship a POP3 connector with 2007. There appears to be several commercial offerings (MAPILab, POPcon, Exchange Connector) Do you have any recommendations/warnings about these products?
