  I'm displaying data from my db in json format using rabl to parse it for android... My json looks like so: [ { "bank":{ "central_office_address":"ololo", "license":"12312312", "location_id":3, "name":"Pbank", "tax_number":"12312312", "year_of_foundation":1987 } }, { "bank":{ "central_office_address":"sdfsdf sdf", "license":"321312", "location_id":3, "name":"Bbank", "tax_number":"321321", "year_of_foundation":1999 } } ] I need my json in a format like: { "contacts": [ { "id": "c200", "name": "Ravi Tamada", "email": "[email protected]", "address": "xx-xx-xxxx,x - street, x - country", "gender" : "male", "phone": { "mobile": "+91 0000000000", "home": "00 000000", "office": "00 000000" } }, { "id": "c201", "name": "Johnny Depp", "email": "[email protected]", "address": "xx-xx-xxxx,x - street, x - country", "gender" : "male", "phone": { "mobile": "+91 0000000000", "home": "00 000000", "office": "00 000000" } } ] } Such data is normally parsed in java.... • Rails - Rendering a Partial without having to use "_" in front of the filename?

  How do I render a partial without having to supply the "_" in front of the file name? Is there a parameter I can call to not use it? This problem popped up using RABL and Backbone - using RABL requires me to have a file in my views like "index.json.rabl". But, when I use embed the JSON right on the page load (as is usual with Backbone), I'm required to call the file "index.json.rabl". These 2 files are the exact same thing, just required to have different names. I'm looking to use just 1 file, "index.json.rabl" and force the render() function to look for that file name, without the "".

• Rails backend: debugging [closed]

  I have a rails -API app with Rabl. Im trying to build a photo sharing app. Im getting status 500 codes when my client communicates with the server. Im trying to find out how to debug this. The client is an iOS app I wrote. Where should I begin the debugging process and what are the best tools for debugging rails-api backend apps. Im new to server development so trying to learn the tricks of the trade. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

• Bypass spam check for Auth users in postfix

  I would like to know if there is any option to "FILTER" auth users in postfix. • I added some options to stop spam with Postfix, but now won't send email to remote domains

  I had a working Postfix server, but added a few lines to my main.cf in a hope to block some common spam. Those lines I added were: smtpd_helo_required = yes smtpd_recipient_restrictions = reject_invalid_hostname, reject_unknown_recipient_domain, reject_unauth_pipelining, permit_mynetworks, permit_sasl_authenticated, reject_unauth_destination, reject_rbl_client multi.uribl.com, reject_rbl_client dsn.rfc-ignorant.org, reject_rbl_client dul.dnsbl.sorbs.net, reject_rbl_client list.dsbl.org, reject_rbl_client sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org, reject_rbl_client bl.spamcop.net, reject_rbl_client dnsbl.sorbs.net, reject_rbl_client cbl.abuseat.org, reject_rbl_client ix.dnsbl.manitu.net, reject_rbl_client combined.rbl.msrbl.net, reject_rbl_client rabl.nuclearelephant.com, permit It appears my postfix is now receiving normal emails fine, and blocking spam emails.   Im trying to setup my rails server on OSX 10.8 but I can't get my rails server to run. - Currently Im using a Zend Server with mysql 5.1. - I also have istalled brew and brew mysql. - And I used: gem install mysql2 -- --srcdir=/usr/local/mysql/include --with-opt-include=/usr/local/mysql/include the server worked already but now, I always get this loadError below.
