  Hi all, Does any one know how to create crosstab queries in PostgreSQL? For example I have the following table: Section Status Count A Active 1 A Inactive 2 B Active 4 B Inactive 5 I would like the query to return the following crosstab: Section Active Inactive A 1 2 B 4 5 Is this possible?   Hi all, I have the following MDX query: WITH MEMBER [Measures].[TY Sales] AS 'SUM([Measures].[Sales])' MEMBER [Measures].[YTD Sales] AS 'SUM(PERIODSTODATE([Time.Fiscals].[2009], [Time.Fiscals].CurrentMember), [Measures].[Sales])' MEMBER [Measures].[LY Sales] AS 'SUM(PARALLELPERIOD([Time.Fiscals].[2009].[8], 1, [Time.Fiscals].CurrentMember),[Measures].[Sales])' MEMBER [Measures].[LYTD Sales] AS 'SUM(PERIODSTODATE([Time.Fiscals].[2009], PARALLELPERIOD([Time.Fiscals].[2009].[8], 1, [Time.Fiscals].CurrentMember)), [Measures].[Sales])' SELECT {[Measures].[TY Sales],[Measures].[YTD Sales],[Measures].[LY Sales],[Measures].[LYTD Sales]} ON COLUMNS, [Time.Fiscals].[2009].[8] ON ROWS FROM [Sales] The above query displays sales for fiscal year 2009 and fiscal month 8 (Feb), I would like the fiscal year and fiscal month dynamic but I'm unsure on how to do this? I'm using Mondrian. Thanks!

  Hi all, I'm using the field_for form helper with a loop: <% f.fields_for :permissions do |permission_form| %> <tr> <td><%= permission_form.object.security_module.name %><%= permission_form.hidden_field(:security_module_id) %></td> <td><%= permission_form.object.security_module.description %></td> <tr> <% end %> The resulting output of the above code is this: <input id="role_permissions_attributes_0_id" name="role[permissions_attributes][0][id]" type="hidden" value="76" /> <tr> <td>Diary<input id="role_permissions_attributes_0_security_module_id" name="role[permissions_attributes][0][security_module_id]" type="hidden" value="13" /></td> <td>Access to the Diary Module</td> </tr> <!-- next input field then <tr> tag --> The problem with this markup is that the input tag falls outside of the tr tag which there for causes validation issues with XHTML. Does anyone know how I can have the input tag fall inside the tr tag therefore giving me valid XHTML 1.0 STRICT markup? Thanks

• Problem with iframe and IE6 and IE7 causing extra bottom padding

  Hi all, I'm trying to insert a Google Maps iframe into my website. The iframe has a padding of 4px and a border of 1px already applied to it but for some reason in IE6 and IE7 there is an extra 3px padding added to the bottom of the iframe. • MDX Year on Year Sales by Months

  Hi all, I'm stuck on a MDX query, I'm trying to retrieve the following results: [Time].[2009] [Time].[2010] [Time].[Months].Members [Measures].[Sales] [Measures].[Sales] So I would like to compare the sales which were in 2009 against 2010 by month. In terms of a chart I would have two series one for 2009 and 2010, the y axis would be the sales value and the x axis would be the month. Any ideas on how to approach this? Thanks in advance

• UIApplicationExitsOnSuspend anything else I'm missing?

  So I know this has been beaten to death but I still can't figure out a solution. I have my UIApplicationExitsOnSuspend set to <true/> in the Info.plist and still both in the simulator as well as on an iPhone 4 device, the app goes into standby instead of terminating? Any ideas of what else could one do to get it to terminate? Perhaps are there methods that I need to remove from the app delegate? Any ideas?

  Endlich!Die letzten Projekte sind erledigt, die Geschenke verpackt und auch in den Sphären des Web 2.0 soll nun etwas Ruhe und Weihnachtsstimmung einkehren. Ich möchte daher gar nicht viele Worte verlieren: Es liegt ein arbeitsreiches Jahr hinter uns und es galt viele Herausforderungen zu meistern. Vor allem in der eigentlich geruhsamen Adventszeit wird es viel zu hektisch. Aber gerade dann ist es umso wichtiger, kurz innezuhalten. Wir haben viel geschafft und sollten nun, für die Festtage, auch die Bürotür im Kopf schließen.
