  If you're thinking of moving to Shapado right this instance, take a breath. Yes, I think it's the right move in the long run (be it three months or a year). However, take into consideration that the platform is still not ready. It has bugs and feature-requests that should be fixed. Until they are, you are better off staying with Stack Exchange as long as you can. Of course, it is in your best interest to participate heavily in the 'meta discussion' that takes place at Shapado.com and vote on the features and bug fixes that you want.

  Today I came across shapado.com - a StackExchange-like open source system running on ruby and mongodb. It took a couple clicks and a few keystroke, and I had http://jobs.shapado.com/ setup and running for free. It was a quasi joke at first, but I figured it might be helpful to get this up and running.   Hey, I'm searching for an open source Question and Answer System that's writting in php/mysql. The only one I found is http://www.question2answer.org but it lacks important features like deleting a question/user...It's still in its beginnings. I know that there is http://osqa.net and http://shapado.com but they are not written in php. Anybody can help me out? Thanks!
