  I am using the StarUml to draw some component dialog,however I found that it is to difficult to make a straight line straight enough. As shown in this image: the example image,see the interface "query" In visio, when I want to draw a Horizontal straight line,I can use the "Shift" key in my keybordl,how to do it in StarUml?

• staruml "combined fragment" layout

  Am facing a bit of trouble getting the 'combined fragment' to sit above an activation (in a sequence diagram). On adding a 'combined fragment' (loop/alt/opt etc) to a section of the sequence diagram, the label and the guard condition appear 'under' the activation block and hence is obscured. Any idea how to fix this?

• transformation of UML Diagrams to specification Z using xsl transformation

  hi. I'm trying to transform some uml diagrams (of singleton , AbstractFactory ...) to Z specification , first i transformed my uml diagram to an xml file using starUML then i used an xsl program and saxon to transform my xml file to .tex( for Z ) , but it didnt work . if someone has an idea about how the xsl program should be written (just maybe the steps) that will be great. thanks
