• Limit website usage in court

  I run a few websites for a non-profit organization. Recently, our neighbor has been taking us to court and attempting to sue over everything he can. He made a comment to a supporter of ours that he wants the land and knows we won't sell, so he is trying to use his money to break us, and get the land for cheap. One of his latest tactics was to use excerpts from our website to take us to court about potential zoning violations for ideas we spit-balled on a forum with our supporters. I am trying to find a legal disclaimer that prevents somebody from using any information from our sites against us in court. Can this be done? If so, is there a default disclaimer on the web that would fit our needs? Thanks!

• Getting the location in Android programatically

  I know this has been asked a ton, so my apologies. I have the following code, and cannot get the location, always a null response. I am trying to avoid a LocationListener in this instance because I am already using an update Service, and the location really doesn't have to be that fine, so the last known location is good enough. • Android asking for unneeded permissions

  I have an Android widget that needs internet access, fine and coarse permissions only. However, when I install the apk file, it says it also needs access to read the phone state and identity, and access to storage. It doesn't need access to either, and the only permissions that are in the mainfest are: <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" /> <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION" /> <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION" /> Any ideas on why this is happening?
