Curriculum for Introduction to Networking

Dear all:
I have the responsibility of training my juniors about practical aspect of networking (as opposed to the theoretical aspect being taught at our university). The training program will be about 4 days long.
What do you suggest I should focus on? What topics should I cover?
The students taking part in the training will have almost no concept of networking. I will have to start from the very beginning and focus on the practical aspect. What are your suggestions ?
