• Group Policy suddenly gone?!!

  I got two amazing problem with my active directory We got GP that redirect user My Document to file server. but suddenly their policy are gone and when we check their access, the user access are gone!! and just show the Administrator access?!! Some of our Thin Client Machine are suddenly remove from domain?? suddenly when I log off, they remove from active directory!!

• Ineractive logon message doesn't show?

  We set the Group Policy for our Domain and OUs to show the logon message: Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\Security Options\ Interactive logon: Message text for users attempting to log on but nothing happen when the client computer logon. I checked the RSOP.MSC to see the group policy that set and the message is set on client computer but it doesn't show at the logon prompt. so what should I do? We have Windows server 2003 AD and Windows XP Pro on client computer.

• SQL Server Express Uninstall / Enterprise Install Issue

  I need help installing SQL Server 2005 Enterprise edition.I really need to remove the current SQL Server 2005.installation that is no longer on my Add/Remove software list but yet still installed on the machine. I tried to uninstall SQL Server Express / Developer Edition but it only removed it from my Add/Remove software list. It returned immediately but did NOT actually remove the product. (I'm now in a bad state.) i tried to install SQL Server 2005 Enterprise and its says I'm blocked as all components are already installed - but they are not. How can I remove all instance of previous one and install clean Enterprise edition on my server Thanks

• Best way to connecting switches together to reach the best performance?

  we got 3 Floors and almost 11 Switches. we are going to connect these switches so got the best performance. so this is how we got that. Network Diagram My Questions are: Is this Plan can get the best performance? Is it different to use 1x48 port Switch instead of 2x24 port switches? if no, Why? Any Suggestion!?
