Hello, I have a project where I many files in the same folder, but want to set permissions by a department number which is a column value of each file. Can I make a workflow to do this somehow, so when a file is added and the dept# is picked. Sharepoint will lookup that department number and give it the appropriate permissions? Thank you, Adrian
