How to include Facebook's “Send To Mobile” button in my Facebook App? [migrated]

I have developed a simple Facebook Game listed in the facebook App Center. It has a "Send to mobile" button which basically sends the download link to the phone after prompting the user to enter his/her mobile phone number.
I want to include that button in my Application. But i can't find any API to include it.
How should i include it in my game?
